   Food was great but that’s about it. Kind of over priced but the taste was worth it. Service was a bit slow and our server didn’t come back as often as I saw other servers attending their tables. Vallet or street parking are your only options. Vallet was a nightmare. They spent more time standing around socializing with each other than attending to people waiting for their cars.

   While our waiter was attentive and friendly, we were surrounded by uncleaned tables basically for the entire time we were there. Dirty plates of food and drinks left behind for over an hour has an effect on the ambience and just looks lazy.

   Outstanding food and service. Not a great value however but they really take care of you and the tacos and donuts are super hot and fresh. I would go back, the prices are a bit high, great service.

   My boyfriend and I visited Norma’s for his birthday. Right off the bat staff was very professional, and our server was so sweet and friendly. The food was great probably the best French toast we’ve ever had lol. At the end our amazing server surprised him with a birthday treat. We’re both really pleased and happy. Thank you!

    Such a beautiful space and the food is outstanding. Norma's Doughnuts did not disappoint. They're served with a delicious lemon curd and blueberry jam. It was the perfect "appetizer". Also loved the complimentary smoothie shots. We'll be back!

    The service was great and the restaurant is so cute and the patio has a great atmosphere, however, the portions are OK however, the price is double what the food as worst I think this restaurant is not worth the hype at all go anywhere else, and save your money and time

    Norma’s was exceptionally beautiful! Every detail from the place mats, to the napkins, to the complimentary smoothie sample, the delicious coffee with a carafe at our table, to the amazing service. Everything was perfect. I would definitely visit Norma’s again if I ever visit Palm Springs again

    We wanted to check out the inside of the Parker Hotel and know that this is one of the only ways to do so, get reservations at Norma's! Norma's is a super cute outdoor patio, I think there might be a few inside tables too. We had brunch, enjoyed a free sample of a fruit smoothy that was delicious. Food was very good, get the donuts and share with your table--they are a signature of Norma's! I wish two things: 1. We were able to walk the grounds just a little bit to see more of the beautiful property. 2. That they had some sort of a gift shop near the main lobby area where you could purchase some super cool Jonathan Adler goods. I also wish valet parking wasn't $15 for paying customers (Yes, even after validation). Good food, gorgeous ambience as you walk through the hotel lobby to get to Norma's and just a cool vibe overall. Make your reservation now!

    The restaurant is adorable, great ambiance. Wait staff extremely attentive and knowledgeable. The food was good but seriously under seasoned. I had an omelet and my daughter had the short rib benedict. My husband had the burger and that was 4 stars. Apart from that, the menu read well, but the food didn't deliver in terms of flavor. Portions were average (and definitely enough), and omelet on the larger portion side. They boasted about the breakfast potatoes being great bc they are cooked in duck fat, they were lackluster. If you are going to use duck fat you might as well at least pan fry(and season) them, it would be so much better. They had no texture alongside an omelet. I would go back and try other items such as the crab louie...and I will because the place is just too inviting to not go back and I love The Parker. Last thing I would add is try it once and decide for yourself because nothing was bad per se just not a wow and I think there are still so many more options on the menu to try, maybe we just didn't order well. P.S. don't miss the ricotta donuts for breakfast starter, now those were good!

    $42.00 for an omelette with cold , dried up potatoes and no garnish on the plate is just awful. There were no table cloths on the table with paper napkins. Having been in the catering business and waiting tables for a large part of my life , this place is laughable. Total for 3 people (breakfast) $302.00 OUTRAGEOUS! Avoid this place like the plague. The only good thing about this dining experience was the service.

    Really nice patio but could not accommodate a “large” party of 6 on the patio as all the empty tables were under “contract”. Offered to squeeze us at a small 4 person table with extra chairs. We asked to push a couple empty tables together, they said they could not do that. No explanation given. Food is average but paying for ambiance which is meh inside. Drinks are ok.     Great place to go for the ambiance. The food was excellent and well prepared. Prices here are a bit high ($18 for oatmeal brulee) however if you like to people watch and pay for close to $100 for brunch (no alcohol) then this is your place.

    Norma’s is very charming but a bit in need of a refurbish. The chairs we sat in had very worn leather and sagged; one of my friends said he felt like he was sitting on a spongy floor that might give way! Service started out good because we had the place to ourselves. When it got busy it was tough to find the server. Food was just ok, not worth the cost. Omelette was over cooked dry and hard. Didn’t send it back because by then the place was too busy. We did have a very good shrimp quesadilla and potato pancake to share. Fish tacos were just ok, steak fajitas were good. When everything you order (including drinks) can cost $30, it adds up. We paid over $400 for 4. After the place filled up it was very noisy with crying babies and parties of young folks screeching with laughter. They were having fun, but really loud fun. 😣 So over-all 3 stars — some good things, some not so good. The Parker is a trippy fun hotel for elites; you cannot check out the grounds unless you are a registered guest. ☹️

    As a local living at 7 lakes, we had a friend visiting and booked Norma’s as usually our experience is Amazing But I must say, there was something off not sure if our waiter was new? Or because there was SM event? Wedding? Lack of staff? We were never asked what type of water , he just brought over sparkling water/ then I asked for flat bottle water and a glass with no ice, this never came… My two guest order Chardonnay I asked for Prosecco… but was told they didn’t have any cold? Not sure he didn’t just put a glass on ice and go from there.. never offered other suggestions. I asked for a glass of champagne which I got. Once our food was was brought to us, I asked the other guy who brought the food if it was possible to have an empty glass and a flat bottle of water? Which the guy brought over finally. We never saw must of our waiter From the guy that was managing the space no one ever offer a cake or something special for our dinner? Then why ask when we book if there is a special event for our visit? Again We been before and our experience was very different more attentive & personable. Once we were done We did go to the small bar inside… The Service by the guys there especially was Amazing we had drinks and I asked about dessert he recommended a small 3 level cake platter. Which was great Anyhow hopefully the waiter inside the restaurant and manager can get some feedback. …especially when it’s very quiet nite at Norma s Personal service is still important.     Everything was wonderful except we were told the kitchen was experiencing a wait and so our food wouldn’t come out for 30 min. Sat back and relaxed but our food didn’t come out for 55 min unfortunately and we were very hangry at that point. The manager came to the table and comped our drinks which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Just hard to see so many tables finish their meals , get up and leave as we sat there. Our waitress was very apologetic as well. Super nice staff, just bummed.

    The Parker Palm Springs is a beautiful spot, but the food at Norma’s does not hold up to the high expectations The omelette was rubbery, the coffee was so bitter that we had to send it back. The lemon griddle cakes were tasty and the fish tacos were good but $235 for 4 is wayyy too high. On the positive side, our server was friendly and attentive. You are also treated as less than if you are there for lunch and are not a hotel guest. There is a guard to keep people from walking on the property. That seems petty The Parker is lovely, but Norma’s needs to take a hard look at itself.

    If you’re like our family you will laugh when you first look at the prices. They are unreasonably high for the value. Was disappointed in the service attention for the privilege to have lunch here. It’s a discouragement to local day use guests like us especially when you add the $15 dollar parking charge.

    The service is exceptional. The problem I have is having to pay $23 to sit at a restaurant that the ambience is nothing special. The food is way over priced. I don’t know how this restaurant can charge what they do. There are much better restaurants to eat at with better food better ambience and you don’t have to pay $25 to park. This restaurant is not worth the $48 extra on top of the food prices and the food looks like it’s special from the menu but it’s not any more special than any other good breakfast restaurant.     I came in with my sisters to have “sister day” And Norma’s was a great way to start our day!!! Our server was Benjamin and he was great! When asked about what are some good things to try on the menu sense being it was all of our first time there he did great explaining the options! He had an awesome attitude he didn’t rush us and paid attention to our needs! I will defiantly be coming back again!!!!!! I loved the atmosphere there super cute place and just an overall fun vibe!!!!! 10/10 for Norma’s and our waiter benji!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the colorful ambience. The lobster omelet was very underwhelming and for the price, was not worth it. No spices, no butter, no garnishes - literally just lobster pieces + boiled/steamed asparagus. I’ve never had an omelette that didn’t have any cheese. My friend and I said we could’ve made a better omelette at home :(

    Excellent and incredibly polite service. We went for brunch and it was absolutely fantastic. Park on the street to save the $15 valet fee which is after validation.

    Our experience was horrible. The tables were dirty, someone was seeping the floor next to us while we ate, the hostess rolled her eyes when we asked to move inside because things were flying around outside. I had requested a surprise birthday dessert in the notes and none came. I had been coming here for years once a year but never will again.

    Outstanding. What a creative menu. You’ll spend too much time reading the menu, let alone deciding what to eat. It has many of the expected breakfast items, but with a creative twist. Pick anything, you’ll return to pick another item next time. Everything we ordered from steak & eggs to lox lox bagel was delicious. End your meal with some “donuts”.
