First time was such an overall great experience. We sat inside as it was very hot out. The ambiance was lively with music and conversation. The plates are massive so consider sharing. The meal was very well paced. Enjoyed crunch French toast and huevos rancheros. Tito was very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Definitely will return.

This is a great place for a special occasion. I have wanted to go to The Parker since I read about it in a blog. It has super cool ambience and furnishings. The service was fantastic and we certainly felt special. The food was yummy! It was not amazing, but it was good, for a total experience- 4 stars It probably was the most expensive breakfast I have ever had, but for a special occasion (my birthday) worth it.

I hate to describe how good the whole experience was. I feel like this is a hidden gem that I don’t want to share. The service is wonderful from the valet parking to when we left I would like to acknowledge Tito our server and Ariel the manger of Normas they made this another great experience

The lobby is beautiful and the grounds, lovely. Norma’s is decorated very nicely and that’s where it ends. We went for a late lunch. Our server was SUPER nice and polite but they did not cook my eggs the way I asked and he forgot my drink (iced tea) until halfway through our meal and gave it to me complimentary at that point. The food was far below par. $100 for a bummer lunch with a $15.00 ($20.00 w/tip) valet fee. There are much better places to go and for a better value.

Food was amazing. We were disappointed that the front desk wouldn't give us a tour of the hotel, even an escorted one. We will never stay at the Parker because they do not understand customer service. It was a very slow Weds late afternoon so it wasn't even like they were busy.

Great place. Beautiful. Excellent food. Service had a couple minor forgivable mishaps. We ate brunch on the terrace and fought unwanted flies. Next time, during the day hours, we would opt to eat indoors. Definitely, going again as overall fantastic experience. Parking $15 with validation. Valet monetary tips can be given via Venmo.

Same menu summer fare nothing special almost cafeteria food , in pandemic it would fly but now it just crawls. Have low expectations so no disappointment occurs. Food was great but that’s about it. Kind of over priced but the taste was worth it. Service was a bit slow and our server didn’t come back as often as I saw other servers attending their tables. Vallet or street parking are your only options. Vallet was a nightmare. They spent more time standing around socializing with each other than attending to people waiting for their cars.

While our waiter was attentive and friendly, we were surrounded by uncleaned tables basically for the entire time we were there. Dirty plates of food and drinks left behind for over an hour has an effect on the ambience and just looks lazy.

Outstanding food and service. Not a great value however but they really take care of you and the tacos and donuts are super hot and fresh. I would go back, the prices are a bit high, great service.

My boyfriend and I visited Norma’s for his birthday. Right off the bat staff was very professional, and our server was so sweet and friendly. The food was great probably the best French toast we’ve ever had lol. At the end our amazing server surprised him with a birthday treat. We’re both really pleased and happy. Thank you!

Such a beautiful space and the food is outstanding. Norma's Doughnuts did not disappoint. They're served with a delicious lemon curd and blueberry jam. It was the perfect "appetizer". Also loved the complimentary smoothie shots. We'll be back!

Norma’s was exceptionally beautiful! Every detail from the place mats, to the napkins, to the complimentary smoothie sample, the delicious coffee with a carafe at our table, to the amazing service. Everything was perfect. I would definitely visit Norma’s again if I ever visit Palm Springs again

We wanted to check out the inside of the Parker Hotel and know that this is one of the only ways to do so, get reservations at Norma's! Norma's is a super cute outdoor patio, I think there might be a few inside tables too. We had brunch, enjoyed a free sample of a fruit smoothy that was delicious. Food was very good, get the donuts and share with your table--they are a signature of Norma's! I wish two things: 1. We were able to walk the grounds just a little bit to see more of the beautiful property. 2. That they had some sort of a gift shop near the main lobby area where you could purchase some super cool Jonathan Adler goods. I also wish valet parking wasn't $15 for paying customers (Yes, even after validation). Good food, gorgeous ambience as you walk through the hotel lobby to get to Norma's and just a cool vibe overall. Make your reservation now!

The restaurant is adorable, great ambiance. Wait staff extremely attentive and knowledgeable. The food was good but seriously under seasoned. I had an omelet and my daughter had the short rib benedict. My husband had the burger and that was 4 stars. Apart from that, the menu read well, but the food didn't deliver in terms of flavor. Portions were average (and definitely enough), and omelet on the larger portion side. They boasted about the breakfast potatoes being great bc they are cooked in duck fat, they were lackluster. If you are going to use duck fat you might as well at least pan fry(and season) them, it would be so much better. They had no texture alongside an omelet. I would go back and try other items such as the crab louie...and I will because the place is just too inviting to not go back and I love The Parker. Last thing I would add is try it once and decide for yourself because nothing was bad per se just not a wow and I think there are still so many more options on the menu to try, maybe we just didn't order well. P.S. don't miss the ricotta donuts for breakfast starter, now those were good!

$42.00 for an omelette with cold , dried up potatoes and no garnish on the plate is just awful. There were no table cloths on the table with paper napkins. Having been in the catering business and waiting tables for a large part of my life , this place is laughable. Total for 3 people (breakfast) $302.00 OUTRAGEOUS! Avoid this place like the plague. The only good thing about this dining experience was the service.

Really nice patio but could not accommodate a “large” party of 6 on the patio as all the empty tables were under “contract”. Offered to squeeze us at a small 4 person table with extra chairs. We asked to push a couple empty tables together, they said they could not do that. No explanation given. Food is average but paying for ambiance which is meh inside. Drinks are ok. Service is really good.
