Food is very tasty and plated very attractively. Our server was friendly but poor attention to details. Too much time between drink order and coming back with 1 glass of wine and for food order. Our food was served but we didn't have utensils and napkins so we had to wait. Husband's meal was served in a unique dish not meant to be used as a plate but since server didn't bring a plate and was no where to be found hubby made do. Restaurant wasn't crowded at the early time we were there so not sure what prevented good service. We will return because of the good food.

We arrived 10 minutes early to our reservation time and were told to leave they were not open yet. There was a couple sitting looking at a menu and a gentleman ordering take out at the front desk but we were asked to leave. Stood outside in the cold wind until the exact time, came in and was taken to a table that was dirty. They just opened but the table had food stuck to it. The hostess had us stand there while she wiped the table down. My husband said maybe we should have a different table but no response. Sat us down with cabbage still left on the table that she missed. When I made the reservation I put down it was for a birthday. Second time I had done this and no mention at all from anyone at the restaurant. Also the times are listed incorrectly on the website. We have been here 4 times now, sat at the same table 3 of those times. Twice was for a birthday dinner. Have told many people this was a great restaurant to come to. After this last experience we will seek a new place to try.

This was our first time visiting Noi Thai, overall it was a good experience. The food was very flavorful and tasty. Thai food is not something we regularly eat, but we would go back to try out a few more items from their extensive menu. We ordered Pad Tai, A ceramic chicken and glass noodles dish, rice paper spring rolls, cream cheese won tons a coconut milk rice and the Thai Drop cocktail. Food was ordered at spice level 1 and there was essentially no spice to it. I should have expected this and in the future will step it up. We would go back.

Very good menu selections, and the staff was knowledgeable about what could be done gluten free. Portions were fairly large. Great food!!
