Even though it was outdoor dining the ambience & food was excellent and especially the server who served on our table was exceptional.
We celebrating my niece’s birthday. They made it special.
server was not attentive and rude
Food was okay but the experience was worth it.
We were out for my Girlfriends birthday and loved the dinner from start to finish. Our server was super kind, did not over check on us, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious. We ordered the crispy rice, the rock shrimp, and the rib eye. Every bite was better than the last. The only minor hiccup was I had asked to have our desert brought out with happy birthday written and a candle but it came out as just the bread pudding so I had to ask them to check the reservation again and they came back with it after. It kind of ruined the surprise for her but it was alright in the end.
Josh is amazing and very knowledgeable. Never been and he made me feel like I was a regular and knew the menu. Highly recommended
Todd is great and overall outstanding service
Loved our server josh
Lives up to all the hype ! Had an amazing dinner , the TarTar is so perfect!
Simply delicious. The service was fantastic; our waitress provided excellent recommendations regarding what to order and we were not disappointed.
Was extremely Covid safe and fantastic service
Food was delicious. It was like every bite melted in your mouth! I know Covid restrictions make it difficult, but it was seriously freezing outside. Other than that, we had an amazing night!!
Great time. Best of all my date had a great time.
Excellent staff
Outdoor dining during covid. Still elegant. Incredible as always.
Amazing Experience ! Sushi Chef Bobby was the best !!!
Nobu has done an amazing job to make you feel safe and social distance the tables. We went for our wedding anniversary and it was extremely enjoyable and delicious. We definitely will be back to this location! Food and ambiance was amazing and it looked very nice considering it was a pop up type restaurant due to covid! Thank you for an amazing night
Food was fine , smaller portions , it would have been better if we dined inside but since it is still the pandemic , so we can’t . But food was delicious
The sushi was delicious. Champagne was tad bit on the expensive side. This will be the first and last time at Nobu, not sure what all the hype is about. Meh. Service was terrible, Tyler and Nobu shame on you.
Great food and safe social distancing!
Amazing service topped with extraordinary food! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a one of a kind dining experience.
Our server Todd was very awesome and knowledgeable!
this was my first time at Nobu and it was so lovely!! the food was incredible and the staff was even more so. we had Justin R. as our waiter, and he was the most wonderful and kind person we could have had. he was more than willing to recommend plates for us and let us know what was most popular on the menu. we started off with some Shishito peppers and an Albacore Truffle Dry Miso (Snapper on the menu, but Justin suggested we sub. for more of a savory taste. again, he was the best). we continued to order plates based off the first one, and we absolutely loooved everything he suggested. we tried to order something new on our own, and didn’t end up liking it haha, so Justin’s recommendations were 12/10. he even removed the dish we didn’t like from our bill, which was very much appreciated. the environment was also very lovely. super quiet with cute outdoor details, and all the staff was incredible attentive. would definitely go back!
Food was AMAZING. I had the sea bass, lobster tacos, miso soup, and roasted vegetables. All of which were DELICIOUS. The drinks were good. The service was good as well. My favorite dish was the sea bass, I cannot express how good it was in words. Yum!!
Food was excellent but they ran out of a number of items on the menu. They also wanted to charge me for my birthday dessert which was not what was relayed to me over the phone when my reservations were confirmed. I was told I would receive a small cake with a candle but at the restaurant they told me I would get ice cream with a candle in it and would have to purchase the cake (which they came back and said was sold out). Otherwise, our food and cocktails were delicious.
The staff is the best part about NOBU LA.
Fantastic as usual!
It was very good! We were pleased with our meals, the carrot cake was devine. Had a great time. Glad we made reservations, as the line was long around 8
Super disappointing - have been to other Nobu restaurants and this one is a very poor imitation! The food was cold and boring!
Our waiter Todd was absolutely the best. He explained the menu and gave us so many options. We all got to try so many different things.
Great experience! Girlfriend birthday!
Made a Sunday reservation for two at 6pm at Nobu Beverly Hills for a special occasion. There is no table time limit stipulation on either Nobu’s website nor Open table. We were taken to our seat around 6:15pm. Around 7:20pm our server mentioned that we have to leave our table by 7:45. This was rather upsetting and embarrassing. We were celebrating a special occasion, we spent $550 for dinner, and there are tables that are unoccupied.further more, we still have one more course that we were waiting (4 oz wagyu) and a dessert. It is so unprofessional on how we were treated. Most of all this has caused a damper to our evening.
Unbelievable the way they serve their cut sushi and hand rolls, cheap and paper thin slices. I thought I was at an all you can eat sushi by the way the served more rice than sushi in each order.
They are charging same as all other Nobu’s which I’m a regular at from Nobu in Malibu I used to dine 4 times a week, Nobu in Newport Beach every weekend, Nobu in Milan... locations all over Europe when I travel, and my favorite is his personal restaurant Matsuhisa and I’m almost their throughout the week. I guess they don’t want the high end clientele in this location, it’s a shame. I shall never return or recommend this spot to anyone but I’m sure sushi connoisseur’s already know this by now.
My waiter was amazing though but that’s the only good thing.
Food was excellent. Made great use of the converted parking lot due to COVID. Service was great. I would go again.
The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Definitely a great place for a special celebration meal.
Somehow spending hundreds of dollars to eat small portions in a tented garage was just meh. I would rather return once all LA restaurants are not operating out of their parking lots.
it was a nice time. ground was slanted and my dates chair would tilt over.
Asked before I arrived for a birthday recognition dessert. Host confirmed the dessert when she called me to confirm that day. Was handed the check after dinner. Told the waitress that we were still waiting for the birthday dessert plate. She profusely apologized and brought out ONE Mochi ice cream cut in half with a candle stuck on the saucer! We had discussed a Full dessert with his name and Happy Birthday written in chocolate. Disappointing!
Nobu Los Angeles was well below my expectations. The food was terrible. The portions were extremely small. They don’t have sides at all. We’re from Florida so maybe it’s a culture thing. We were expecting that the prices would warrant great food. The restaurant was nice and the service. The food just isn’t great at all.
Food and service always outstanding. Some of the current customers have been questionable. There should always be a no dog rule except seeing eye dogs.
