   Chris was our server and was immaculate! From recommendations to pure etiquette to just interpersonal conversation- he truly added to the whole experience! Even when Chris was busy, we were consistently being taken care of! Shout out to Gus and the other servers that checked on us. Everyone was so friendly! Now.. THE FOOD! Omg!! We started with edamame and the yellow tail. Ugh- it was so dang good! That yellow tail is a MUST HAVE!!! It just melts in your mouth. Both courses were perfect for two. We got the Prime Ribeye with Crispy Onion (medium rare) to share as the main course. It came pre-cut and was so tender! The marinade it sits in was savory with a pinch of sweet and the onions, obviously added to the crunch. We finished with sushi and pistachio semifreddo. Yum! I mean- for $189, we had all that was listed above and were full afterwards. You cannot put the value of the service, ambience, and palate discoveries into concept. Overall a great experience!

   Overall a good time. I didn’t like that we had to ask for a menu. Waitress said she wanted to give us time. Give us time for what? Other than that it was great

   The toilets were very dirty, I warned waitresses about this, it was papers everywhere and the flush was not working, not Nobu chic and classy at all. The ambiance was not like other Nobu restaurants, tv with baseball game was open at the bar, music was very wierd, not good at all. Food was average, we love going Nobu in Istanbul and in London, it was morhinf compared to those experiences. It was like an overrated chain restaurant. We are just shocked.

    Andres was a fantastic waiter. Food was amazing. Especially the king crab crispy bao and yellowtail jalapeño. I've been to other Nobu locations around the world and this one did not disappoint.
