The food portions were extremely small. They said family style but it really was just for one. It wasn’t what I expected. Everything was like an appetizer. The seaBass wonton tacos were good but they were bite size and $7 each. Just wasn’t happy with my overall experience.

Came to celebrate my mother's birthday and we had a lovely time! The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, and they were SUPER safe when it came to social distancing!

Had my birthday dinner at Nobu a couple days ago & all I can say was I definitely fell into the hype of it. Considering the circumstances during Covid-19 & the outdoor dining situation, it definitely affected the quality of the food I had. Servers were VERY friendly & generously helped us with the menu & suggestions :) but overall, the food was just not worth the cost.
Our waiter told us, even after I asked twice to order dessert, that the kitchen was going to be serving dessert after last call for entrees. They didn't. Our table was sat on a declining slope with a slant along the wall. Killed any chance of romantic ambience. We didn't really feel like we we're apart of the restaurant not being allowed to sit under the tent and all. The food was delicious, but the gaffe by our waiter and seat placement killed the experience. I'd love to try it again but I don't think my wife will be interested.

Wasn’t too crazy about the food but I am not a sushi person. I did see the effort of the outdoor ambiance but I’m sure indoors is better.
Admittedly we meant to go to the Malibu location but this location was absolutely gorgeous, especially as the sun went down. The service was impeccable from start to finish; our waiter was well-versed on the menu and our group (split into two tables of four due to COVID-19 restrictions) had a little bit of everything, the Wagyu and Sashimi were phenomenal.
We went for a friend's birthday but I'd recommend for any occasion!
Overall a good experience. Although I have had much better service. They should do a much better job explaining the menu. Nit everyone has had the tapas experience before.
Service was off, food wasn’t really good. I asked for tea and after an hour it never came. Just a downright off night!!

Pleasant experience and great tasting food. Had the tacos, shrimp and lobster, and steak. oh and don't leave unless you order the carrot cake.
The food came out in random bursts. We got two cold plates immediately and then there was at least 20 minutes before the next one came out. We would've ordered way more but we got full really fast and got tired of waiting. That being said, the food was beyond delicious and our waiter, while overwhelmed with several big tables, was gracious and informative. Can't wait to go back!
Awesome service, great ambiance. A little pricey compared to the portions but, that's L.A. fine dining for ya! Highly recommend the lobster salad and the strawberry bread pudding. I definitely will visit again.

Really good service informative server
The waitress was knowledgeable of the menu and suggested items to try. Unfortunately, after we placed our orders, she returned to our table to let us know they ran out of certain dishes. So, we ordered for a second time and each plate was brought to us separately. Their outdoor seating was pleasant but if we aren’t mistaken there is a slant (it only through us off when we noticed). The $15 chocolate filled bread, the size of child’s hand, did not taste fresh. Lastly the Wagyu steak, we did not have previous experience but decided to try it anyway. Needless to say, we will never order Wagyu Steak again (@$36/oz or free). Recommended: Spicy edamame, lobster taco (even if they’re tiny) & king crab tempura.
Our server Justin, did a "server" omakase for us and his choices were PERFECTION. Everything he selected was delicious.
