Amazing food. Those who love Nobu rarely discuss the goodness of the food. It is very important not to run into the hostesses at the door as happened to us. With the place half empty and with a reservation, they made us still wait 30 minutes without even a kind word or gesture. At Nobu they should know better than others, the work of those at the door is crucial to the success of an evening.

They were supposed to bring the cold dishes first but they brought out the hot. They said the kitchen was backed up but the table next to us ordered the same thing 30 mins after us but they received it before us. Also we ordered but 10 minutes later they say they’re out of all tacos. There’s little things that bother me if I’m paying for a high value meal. The soy sauce pourer was chipped, the floors were sticky, the front hostess didn’t acknowledge us entering or leaving and we had to wait over 25 mins after our reservation time for our table even though we were there early. I’ve been to other Nobus but others were definitely a better experience.

Delicious. Amazing experience. This is my first time dropping a whole PS5 on a dinner tab but it’s absolutely worth it. My date has a fish allergy and our waitress was incredible giving us recommendations and accommodations to make sure we had a good experience. I highly recommend the Lobster Ceviche and the Oysters with Nobu Sauces. WILL COME AGAIN.

My husband and I dined on a Monday evening (9/9) to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I suppose because it was a Monday, the dining room was not noisy. We were excited to experience NOBU for the first time as Matsuhisa was very good. Ratings: Ambiance and decor: 4/5 Dim lighting, romantic, beautiful lights showing through a red textured wall. Modern Quality of Service: 5/5 extremely attentive Quality of Food: 3.5-4/5 food details below. Price: $$$$ ordered- 2 cocktails, 1 sparkling water, 6 dishes (3 cold &3 hot), & desert. bill $313. tip $60. T: $373. Food details: Wagyu dumplings: not worth 2 for $30; not tasty; seemed uncooked 👎 Albacore (sashimi): fish well seasoned, very flavorful (a bit too much) toppings (can’t describe).Fish was so soft (a little too soft) it disintegrated on our palettes. flavor and texture very unique. Chilean Sea-bass with dollops of spicy miso: flavors wonderful but cook on the fish; less than perfect. 1st bite was a bit dry (at one end). Next bites were better but fish seemed a tad undercooked. Reviews read that fish was dry or bland or both but we took our chances. We felt it was okay; not worth $46. Foods we loved and really enjoyed: Rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy Ponzu: dish was tasty, fun, and filling. Flavor, texture, cook and temp were on point!! 👍💕💕 Spicy Tuna with Crispy Rice: we wanted more! Presentation simple yet eye catching. came deconstructed! spicy tuna delicious!! crispy rice made to perfection! Dipping sauce, crispy rice & spicy tuna together beautifully in 1 bite. We had all three in 1 bite & added more spicy tuna on each bite. 👍💕💕💕 Yellowtail Jalapeño: sashimi with right amount of flavor…Perfection! Flavor, texture, quality & presentation on point!! 👍💕💕 Lastly, drinks and deserts: Mango Passion: okay. Matsuhisa Martin: no. Cake in black lacquered square box,light cream scoop green. box was part of the cake…haha.. Not crazy w/1st bite. flavor grew on us;.at the end not a crumb was left behind!

Food was okay, drinks were great. However, we were extremely disturbed by the group of people sitting behind us and screaming from the top of their lungs, being very loud, inconsiderate and disturbing. I asked our host if she could have us sit somewhere else, and she completely dismissed our request and stated “they will be leaving soon”. Uh no they were there during our entire dining experience and completely ruined our birthday celebration!! Additionally, two of our orders were incorrect and when I brought it up, the response was “oh I thought you wanted these”!! Ummm pretty sure I clarified what I wanted. They did not even correct the orders neither did they replace the dish with the correct ones and of course no apologies at all :) I have been loyal customer on Nobu for years, and unfortunately I did not have a decent experience at this location.
