The beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked, with tender beef encased in a crisp, golden pastry that melted in the mouth. Equally impressive was the butter chicken pot pie, a delightful fusion of bold Indian spices and comforting, flaky crust that elevated a classic dish to new heights.
