Every dish was delicious, and served in perfect proportions. Their chef is outstanding! Our server Orlan, was fantastic and displays an execution and professionalism that is rare in Puerto Rico. Eclipse is oceanside on the northwest coast, and is the most picturesque restaurant I've found in Puerto Rico.... blue waters breaking against volcanic rocks, sun, a constant ocean breeze, and white sand. I did say when making the reservation that it was in celebration of my fiancés birthday. They might have forgotten since we hit there a little earlier than our original 5pm reservation. Del our server and her assistant whose name I’ve forgotten are lovely and fun. Their serve was impeccable. Truly a magic meal and an evening to remember.
