We (husband and wife, both long-retired) enjoyed our lunch immensely. He had the sole, which he said was excellently cooked (he is a great fish cook himself so this is high praise). I had wonderful, fresh oysters followed by duck breast which was perfectly pink as requested with delicious and innovative accompaniments. We then had the raspberry dessert, also to die for. Friendly staff, food excellent, nice buzzy atmosphere

Fantastic food loved it, took clients there for the first time and we all thought it was pretty special,

Tina and her staff were attentive and friendly. A good selection of food on the menu and the specials board. We had the special of king prawn cocktail, delicious, fresh with plenty of prawns. The mains were all served very hot on hot plates. I had the chicken platter, plenty of different types of chicken…I’ll certainly have it again! We weee too full for pud but it was a lovely place to have a catch up with friends!

We had a great experience and very nice welcome. The food was great very delicious and fairly priced. Easy to pay as well. I look forward to visiting you again in the near future. Thanks a lot. Cheers Stuart
