These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

Came here at 2pm on a Tuesday because we're off all week for the holiday. When I tell you that it was one of the best meals I have EVER had, I'm not even being dramatic. We started off with the Oysters Rockefeller and the Kung Pao Calamari. My girlfriend is from the East Coast and is very picky about seafood. We absolutely loved both of the apps! The margaritas are strong and refreshing. They're actually better than the margaritas you get next door at Lupe Tortilla. I got the Truffle Stuffed Chicken as my entree and was literally speechless. It was absolutely unbelievable! My girlfriend got the ribeye and enjoyed it as well. An absolute 10/10.
