So you can enjoy the brilliant local beaches, with either lunch or dinner to finish off a prefect day.More infoThe Joiners ArmsPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Alnwick•4.3
- JJoNewcastle and Northumberland •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe Fishboard was very nice, but at least half of the mussel shells were empty, which was unfortunate. My husband had the fish pie, which, whilst it was OK, would have been better with less cheese on top. A sprinkle would have been fine, but it was quite a thick layer, which overpowered the mashed potato. The staff and service were excellent and I would recommend it. Booking a table is definitely advisable as it's very popular.More infoJolly Fisherman at CrasterPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Craster•4.7

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and pleasant Our meal ( fish of the day- sea bass) and burger were well cooked and very tasty We shall be returning before our holiday ends Highly recommended Ian & Julie (& Eddie the dog)More infoThe Olde Ship InnPrice: Moderate• British• Seahouses•4.2
- SSueDunbartonshire/Renfrewshire •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoAn absolutely outstanding meal at The Potted Lobster. We have been visiting for about 8 years, if we are staying locally. Once our accommodation was booked, securing a table here, was the first thing I did. (Managed to get a table 8 days in advance, for a Monday evening. Best to book as early as you can though!) Friendly, unintrusive service. Food was absolutely excellent quality, and plenty of choice available. Starter of scallops and boudin noir and the potted lobster special. Mains of hake and halibut. Superb quality produce and cooking. (All specials apart from the potted lobster.) Dining area was a little loud due to a party of 12, but it didn’t affect our experience. You will not be disappointed if you dine here!More infoThe Potted Lobster - BamburghPrice: Expensive• Fish• Bamburgh•4.7
- DDogsnapperLondon •4 reviews5.0Dined on Sep 6, 2024Beautiful decor and ambience. Very enjoyable meal with friends. Hotel very smart as is the "Tipi" in grounds which served as an atmospheric pre dinner/live music precursor to the restaurant dinner. Ate two nights on the trot...which says it all reallyMore infoThe Tempus, Charlton Hall EstatePrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Alnwick•4.6
