Perfect,excellent food and service ,would recommend to anyone

The food was hot and tasty. We opted for the carvery where there was plenty of choice. The service was excellent, both from Bar staff and our waitress. Prices seem to have gone up some, so it's not as good value as it used to be, however still competitive with other pubs. Would definitely visit again

This was our second visit and my food was very nice and lovely restaurant. The only negative was lack of Seasoning on the fish sandwich, overall definitely a place to try.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas, spacious dining areas and polite staff. I would have given it five stars for everything had the food been a bit hotter! We all had carvery veg, which were nicely cooked, but only just warm. Nice selection and the Christmas menu is great and varied, but it was just not very hot. We had mince pies and coffee - the mince pies were lovely, but again would have been nicer if warm - or given the option of having them warm. Otherwise good, and we will certainly go back.

Visited The Red Lion today. Excellent lunch, perfect service and great value! Will definitely return again and would highly recommend this venue to others.
