Mixed grill for appetizer….wife had lamb…I had the elk..bread pudding for dessert…it was all delicious…the wait staff was very pleasant including the valet …great experience

I’ve had a home in Blowing Rock for over 20 years. This restaurant is a total breath of fresh air! Great atmosphere, food and outstanding staff. I’ve dined there several times in the past few months and recommend it highly‼️

Very enjoyable evening in every way. Prices were off the chart high. 4 tiny and I mean tiny roasted oysters for $20. All 4 were maybe the size of a normal oyster. Mahi, the fish special for $42 was delicious but again a very very small portion. Maybe the size of a deck of cards. And that is being generous! My overall rating was a five meaning it was a perfect evening. Except the value.

What a delightful experience! Fine dining in a lovely space with an open kitchen, attentive staff, wonderful drinks, and portions that you’ll both love and regret. This restaurant is worth traveling for – – a five star experience all the way through.

Overall and great experience and customer service. The food was excellent specifically the banana pancakes and the avocado toast.
