- TTiffany PCoastal Georgia •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe started with sweet chili cucumbers. If you are a cuke aficionado, you'll love these. Slightly sweet, crunchy; so refreshing as a first bite. Seriously I could eat these cucumbers all day, every day. Next, we had the Bomb A** shrimp. Omg, these were the best, perfectly fried, you can taste the notes of the basil, chili, lemon and every bite. These put any bang bang shrimp to shame. These were our favorite and contemplated making a second order of these but opted to save our appetite to try more things. The pulled beef short rib wontons were so delicious - crunchy, the perfect bite of seasoned beef inside served with basil jam and chevre just further enhanced these, get in my mouth please. We ordered the crispy potatoes and these were exactly that - crispy, served with not just aioli which would have been enough but a miso aioli added a unique umami flavor that I was not expecting, just so good. If you like potatoes and mayo, get these, you won't be disappointed. The small plates were just the right size, as it allowed us to try many things without being stuffed. I will definitely plan to visit again soon and try more things - I could seriously eat 99% of the menu.More infoJuju DurhamPrice: Moderate• Asian• Durham•4.8

Our waiter Eric - was awesome and did such a great job highlighting the menu! The bartender was also great - beautiful spot - we were able to dine outside since the weather was perfect. The crispy artichokes were a revelation! The shrimp & grits were some of the best I have had. The hot crab dip was delish! All washed down with a great Sazerac and lovely Sauvignon Blanc. Can’t wait to go back!!!More infoSeraphinePrice: Moderate• Creole / Cajun / Southern• Durham•4.8

- HHollyRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoFine dining in the heart of Durham. This quiet hidden gem was a real treat to take my customer out for dinner. I set reservations for 6:30pm on a Monday and arrived just a couple minutes before. The restaurant had some patrons dining, but overall, it was not at all crowded. I sat at the bar before my reservation and was greeted by a very polite and professional bartender. We decided the weather was too good to pass up eating out on the covered patio and asked to adjust our reservation without any issue. The greenery outside was absolutely beautiful. Our server was very polite and cheery as she gave us the menus and answered our questions about each item. We ordered half of the menu to share dishes. Our favorite items were the Little plates: B&B is a must, NC CRUDO (not spicy), broccolini, and BARBACOA with tongue and cheek was very hearty and flavorful. El Grande: LITTLE ASADA, and Arepas. I actually think we have a few other items as well but the menu online varies slightly from what we actually ordered. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Service was excellent and the food was flavorful, warm when appropriate, and I would definitely recommend for a quiet high end dining experience.More infoLittle BullPrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Durham•4.8
- MMMelissaMRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •8 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 5, 2024One of the best meals we had out in a while. Everything from the service to the food was fantastic. Get the chopped steak if it's one of the specials, and you can't got wrong with any dish that comes with the Borsin mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. My only regret is not saving room for dessert - apparently the Carrot Cake is out of this world.More infoOxford Oaks DistilleryPrice: Expensive• American• Oxford•4.9
