We enjoyed a great service from Annalisa, who also advised us on what was best to choose. Portions are very large! Loved that they have the kids menu with a little gift included. It was our kid first time in a Hard Rock Cafe and it was memorable! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vibe, hidden in a fun way, very kind waitstaff, Italian and English, asked about allergies, great food, understandable price … I was a bit worried when we walked in, as I thought it might have been a bit out of our budget, but there seemed to be a great range of prices and items for anyone to try. Our waiter had a thorough understanding of the menu and was very kind throughout. As first time wine buyers he was able to help us pick a medium price range with a wonderful flavor. The whole of the waitstaff was just as helpful, pouring water, clearing plates, ensuring quality, etc. When ordering the dessert, the option we asked for had an allergen we had told our waiter we could not have- he brought it to our attention, asked if we would still like to order it, and when we said no he offered some alternatives without the allergen. Everything was portioned very well, I left feeling satisfied— without being empty or stuffed. Overall very good, best food of the trip-so far!

I was the first guest that used open table because the place was so new . I was greeted very well. The food was delicious . The focaccia was the best I had in Rome as well as the Tiramisù, which I usually don’t like . They even allowed me to do a little conversing in Italian Perque’ parlo lentamente. I would highly recommend and definitely go back . A hidden gem in Monti and attached to a very nice hotel.

The service was excellent. I can't remember the name of the tall waiter who served our table on the 24th of December at 7:30PM, his service and attention to details was exceptional and he could speak Spanish, which was advantageous for my non English speaking family members.

This restaurant was recommended to us and we were very pleased with the ambience in what felt like a wine cellar. Our food (wild boar stew over polenta, grilled rib eye steak with mushrooms, asparagus flan, riboletta, and desserts were flavorful and just the right sized portions. Wished we had another night to go back and try other dishes on the menu.
