While exploring Rome with my son, we were on the hunt for a memorable dinner spot and we found exactly that. This cozy, welcoming restaurant, run by a wonderful couple originally from Sicily completely blew us away. The carbonara and Cacio e pepe were out of this world perfectly creamy, rich, and full of flavor without being heavy. You can tell they use top quality ingredients and make everything with care. The sword fish was incredibly fresh and cooked just right, and the braciole was tender and pack with that deep, comforting flavor you hope for I traditional dishes. The atmosphere was warm and personal, like being welcomed into someone’a home. You can feel the pride and passion the owners put into every detail from the food to the conversation. It was easily one of the best meals we had in Rome and an experience we’ll both remember. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an American friendly restaurant with authentic Italian cooking with a touch of that Sicilian soul!

Ristorante raffinato, atmosfera rilassante, massima discrezione del servizio. Probabilmente la migliore Gricia che io abbia mai mangiato. Anche gli altri commensali d'accordo nel definire la loro Carbonara come perfettamente eseguita. Unica piccola pecca, l'attesa: nel ristorante c'erano solo altre 2 persone oltre a noi e la pasta è arrivata dopo 25 minuti. A parte questo piccolo neo, il resto perfetto e consiglio questo ristorante senza remore.

Incantevole Bistrot , elegante , accogliente, con una bellissima atmosfera paradisiaca. Un oasi di pace dove poter assaporare prodotti di alta qualità, associati a tanta professionalità , sorrisi ed amore. Consigliamo vivamente un esperienza in questo meraviglioso angolo di felicità, noi torneneremo presto per un nuovo aperitivo! Un super grazie a tutto lo Staff!
