The service was great, the food was awesome. We really enjoyed our meal. I would highly recommend 5 West.

My bride and I have been visiting in the Rochester area for a few days. We checked Trip Advisor for good restaurants to try. Chester’s Kitchen and Bar was #1 on the list and for good reason. We dined there twice in three days; first for dinner and later for lunch. On both occasions we had exceptional meals and service in an inviting atmosphere. At dinner, I had an excellent filet mignon steak and my bride had the Walleye; both were exceptional. At lunch, I had the fish and chips and my bride had the French dip; again, both were terrific. The servers we had on each visit were were especially noteworthy; Devon took care of us at dinner and Gail at lunch. Both of these ladies were amazing—prompt, personable and professional. We enjoyed getting briefly acquainted with both and we cannot overstate how much they each contributed to our most pleasant dining experiences. We were also impressed with manager, Annie, who answered our questions and gave us recommendations for other affiliated restaurants. Finally, another member of the staff, Fidel, who brought our food to the table during both our visits was helpful and friendly sharing his insights. Our thanks goes to all these great professionals for making us feel welcome in the Rochester area and proving the # 1 rating on Trip Advisor is well deserved.

My husband & I both had the Steelhead salmon w/coconut risotto & it was fabulous! We also had the meatballs as an appetizer. They were delicious as well. Would highly recommend dining here

Wonderful restaurant, great ambience incredible service. We have been to this restaurant on several occasions and has never disappointed us. The food is delicious, but I especially liked the dessert, the tiramisu. It was incredible. I would certainly recommend this restaurant. 

The food is very good, Thank you Rich!!! We shared FF so adequate side, It would be nice to be to get a small salad with the meal, included with entree. Our waitress was so fun!!
