We hadn’t been to BOA in about 12yrs. My wife and I had celebrated an anniversary several yrs ago during a sunset with the reflection bouncing off the ocean. Although it was a beautiful moment, the turnoff was that the SM location was so intimate and crowded that we shared our experience with the table right next to us (conversing, sharing food, etc.). We had been searching for a replacement for our favorite restaurant that recently closed (Eddie V’s Wildfish in Newport Beach). BOA will be the selection now when we come to LA especially since Del Friscos vacated as well. Our waitress was attentive & proactive.
