Excellent food , it was my dad’s birthday and his steak was tender and succulent, my lamb was tender and delicious, our party of 5 enjoyed all our meals. The staff were attentive and accommodating, the setting was lovely alongside the canal. Would definitely recommend.

We had a table for 6 on Friday night - dinner with friends . It was stunning ; The welcome , the service , the food was so tasty and all quality ingredience. The best Indian food we all have ever enjoyed. The help with the menu and the genuine level of hospitality and care was extraordinary. Each and every dish was distinctive in taste …. Unlike many Indian restaurants where all the dishes taste so similar. It is a family business ... now fifty years old , started by Gulu Anand when he was nineteen years old ,taught by his father . Gulu was running restaurant with his son Shanker and his daughter ( a hands in celebrity chef ) and several excellent and professional waiting team on the evening and their attention to guests was remarkable. They all really care and our rightly proud of what they do but with huge humility. We had a Chablis and Pinot Noir to wash our food down with which were very fairly priced indeed . Our first time to eat there but we will certainly be back . We were also very impressed by the value for money . I certainly would recommend it !!

M husband has steak with a mushroom sauce. He said it was excellent. I had the beef ragout pasta, was tasty but could have done with being a bit hotter though
