- OTOpenTable DinerEast Tennessee •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoFrom the time we walked in to the time we left, we were treated like special guests. The door was opened when we arrived and shown down the beautiful staircase to the restaurant below. Our table for 5 was set and ready for us (we had made reservations on open table). We were given a sample of a wine by glass selection before we decided on the full glass. Emily was our waitress and took great care of us! She gave us descriptions of the menu items and was very attentive to us the entire time. She didn't rush us...we were a group of 5 ladies...and she happily boxed up our leftovers. We didn't want to leave anything because it was ALL so delicious!!! Chef Dewey (Andrew Stafford) came out to our table and explained some of his dishes. You need to come try them!! His culinary skills are impressive to say the least!! The food is prepared on open coals and really neat to see. This restaurant is a hidden gem in the area and I highly recommend going sooner than later!! I have been several times now, but it was the first time for the rest of my group. They all said they want to go back. Great job Hickory....keep up the great work!!More infoHickory, at Nicewonder Farm & VineyardsPrice: Expensive• American• Bristol•4.7
