- RRichardHouston •18 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 4, 2024Was in Biloxi from out of town to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were seated upstairs basically by ourselves. Food was very well prepared, the oysters Bienville and speckled trout were as good as I have had anywhere on the Gulf Coast. The wine list paired impeccably with the menu items with the wines by the glass being top notch selections. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly and we were offered a b-day dessert on the house, unfortunately we had to decline as there was just no room left.....More infoField's Steak & Oyster Bar- BiloxiPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Biloxi•4.8
