La Garrigue es un bistró francés situado en el 31 de la calle Jeffrey Street, cerca de la famosa Royal Mile de Edimburgo y a pocos minutos de la estación de Waverley. Este restaurante está inspirado en especialidades culinarias de la región de Languedoc de Francia y ofrece una cocina casera y rústica francesa con un toque moderno. Su propietario y chef, Jean Michel de Gauffre, conoce bien la región y ayuda a introducir lo mejor de la cocina francesa pastoral en un ambiente que evoca el sur de Francia.     We’re a family-friendly restaurant with children’s menus available.
    Since opening in 2020, we’ve become a favourite to locals and visitors alike - recently claiming a place in OpenTable's UK Top 100 Restaurants for 2023 and winning Best Restaurant in the 2023 Radio Forth Awards.
    Our restaurant is open for breakfast seven days a week, and open Thursday to Sunday for lunch and dinner (last seating at 5pm on Sunday). Booking is essential.

    Cooking over coals helps add an extra layer of flavour to whatever we’re cooking on them, it’s more intuitive and engaging as cooks and we feel like that comes through on the plate.

Skua is a small basement restaurant and bar located on St Stephen street in Stockbridge. The food menu, led by Head Chef James Aikman, is seasonal, refined, well balanced and innovative. Drawing from a large library of pickled and fermented produce year round the kitchen team offers dishes that punch well above their weight and are produced in an exceptionally small space, visible to guests as they enter the restaurant. The cocktail programme, spearheaded by Jacob Thunder is equally innovative and playful with a regularly rotating selection of house favourites as well as the classics available on request. Skua has been listed in the Michelin Guide and The Good Food Guide since its opening year in 2023.
