The open kitchen was a treat as we got to watch the dishes prepared and chat with the very accomplished Chef Chris. Flavor combinations were creative and well crafted. High quality presentation. Wine pairings by our host were well thought out and clearly described. Worth the fare and then some. I don’t know why this cute bistro is not booked out every night!
