The baked Camembert was exceptional. We are all of us loved that and it was large enough for 3. The pie was absolutely brilliant, the pastry I think is a watercrust pastry, I’m not sure but it was absolutely brilliant. Not the usual frozen puff pastry used in a lot of places. The meat inside it was very tender. Pulled lamb shepherds pie and sausage with mash, both excellent. The brownie was also fab. All food was excellent. Beer selection and wine selection was great. Has an amazing out door venue area too. Best pub food for a long time. We were visiting the area and will come back to eat here definitely.

Excellent service and food. Vegetables a plenty and cauliflower cheese no extra! The amount of prawns in the starter was exceptional. 2 yorkies each!! Yum yum yum!
