- LGLucaGvipLondon •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoThis is our favorite Italian food spot. My husband grew up in Tuscany and usually prefers to cook himself than eat out. Mosiaco is one of the only places he will eat Italian in Miami. It's obvious that it's run by an actual Italian. The octopus and crudo options are great. The orecchiette is divine. Great pasta. Fresh seafood. Lovely desserts. Mauricio makes us feel like family. It is expensive, but you pay for quality in Miami.More infoMosaico - Maurizio FarinelliPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• South Miami•4.9
