Excellent service. The gentlemen that greeted us when we were a little early for our reservation , made no issue, and took us to our table. We seated next to the Christmas tree. It was a beautifully ambient table. Very authentic European dining atmosphere and flow. Marlon, forgive my recollection of the name, was an incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and personable waiter. Points of note were service, bacon wrapped figs, croquettes, bread service, and the grilled sardines paired with the Albariño… that really took me coastal.  Look forward to coming back.

It is so sad that a wonderful place with top notch tasty food will be gone by the end of the month. I hope this restaurant will reopen again in the near future.

Darling Wine Bar is, without a doubt, my favorite little gem! Last night, we switched it up from shareables to main dishes (though we couldn’t resist the PEI oysters—so fresh and delicious), and every bite was incredible. The ambiance was perfect as always, and my leadership group absolutely loved it. From the expertly curated wine selection to the attentive service and outstanding food, everything was flawless. Huge thanks to the owners ( <3 ) and staff for consistently delivering perfection—this place never misses!

Superb surroundings awaits us when entering the place. Attentive staff looks after us immediately, with a smile and eagerness. Service was fun and adapted to our style: joking a bit but also knowledgeable and serious. The food was the dissapointing surprise. The elk tartare lacked some flavours and felt dry. The mac&cheese tasty. I would have offered beef sidings instead of either chicken or shrimp (I believe). The chicken had great flavours though and added to the dish. Lisa's wine wugegstions were great and matched well what I took. My guests enjoyed their pasta Bolognese and also the nedind: crème brûlée.

Great venue, super friendly and efficient staff at reception. table waiting staff are impeccably on point - pleasant helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Food and drinks offerings are excellent. Food excellent quality, promptly served and fresh. Lovely coffee and water is automatically offered. Menu simple but outstanding, salad exquisite, entrees are wonderful. Dessert list looks good. Alcoholic drinks list is very good in terms of prices and choices.
