What an outstanding culinary experience. Wonderful, locally inspired, creative and delicious cuisine. Served with warmth and in a spirit of generous hospitality, in an understated but smart and well designed setting. The chef’s tasting menu was perfectly balanced and offers great value. The chef himself served each dish. The passion and care that he and his kitchen have for their craft was palpable. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Cannot recommend highly enough to those who like their dining experiences to be special, authentic and memorable.

Great food choices from a frequently changed menu. I had fish chowder and my husband had mussels in a cider sauce both of which were delicious. Even though busy the service was very prompt
