Experience spoiled by loud music (singing). Asked to turn it down, which was done. Response was the Manager likes party time after 6 pm. Totally unacceptable. Just needed to look around at the age of the diners! Training needed perhaps - how to be an overall manager. Saved by his /her staff who are excellent in every way - smart, friendly, doing everything to please. Quite different in the Chichester Ivy where the music choice seems to fit the early evening diners and allows for conversation.

Wish there was more vegan gluten free options, the only one there was ratatouille wasn’t that nice, lucked in flavour

Nice location on the river. Food was a cut above normal pub fare, but not fine dining. Difficult to get the attention of servers particularly given we were there at a very much off peak time (245pm)

Love bills the best burgers around always presented well on the plate so yummy

We were expected & welcomed pleasantly Service was good & unobtrusive, menu fine, food came freshly cooked & without delay. We all Enjoyed the lunch experience
