The fresh ingredients along side the amazing clever ideas of food to put together makes for a 5 star cuisine experience. I have been many times to Clava and I am always amazed at the most delicious dishes. The tasting menu is a must to have the opportunity to try a selection of the fine dining foods they have to offer. The sommelier is so incredibly knowledgable that he pairs the wines perfectly.
