The flavours and textures for each of the dishes are so clear and readable. Service is amazing as always, we got some brilliant recommendations when we first came (staff were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic) and we felt very welcomed both times. I also really like the ambience, which is something I’ve noticed across all the restaurants opened by the same management (pellegrino, clam bar, 916 etc.) – it makes for a lovely experience out with friends and makes me want to come back.
