Bistro 1400 is the student run restaurant of the Culinary Arts Institute of Montgomery County Community College. Bistro 1400 allows culinary students to gain hands-on restaurant experience. Menus are created using a variety of cooking techniques focusing on taste, texture, color and creativity using locally sourced foods.
