We enjoyed our meal there but the noise made it hard to converse with each other. Also the lighting was dimmed so we had to use flash lights to read the menus and bills. The food was very good, big portions and reasonably priced, especially the wine which was half-price! More

Imadake offers authentic Japanese cuisines in its dimly-lit décor. The restaurant has a native Japanese wait staff. It offers authentic Japanese hospitality and traditional foods. Imadake has two types of seating areas in the dining room. One side of the dining room has long bar with bartenders on the other side. Solo guests can order quick meals here. The other side is for leisure-seekers including groups of friends and families with little kids. It has café-style seating arrangement with ottomans and coffee tables. Imadake has a vibrant and friendly ambiance. The bartenders host sake bomb celebration every day. The bartender says ‘sake' and the audience loudly repeats ‘bomb'. Other indoor fun activities include music and free meals.
Imadake serves authentic Japanese sushi meals at the sushi bar. It prepares the sushi rolls and sashimi with smoked fish. The bar serves local Japanese beer and wine.

The food was good ... wholesome, well prepared but not out of this world and a bit pricey for what you get. The wine selection was very good and the bottles were at a decent price for a downtown Montreal restaurant. More

Grumman 78 in Montreal, Quebec began in 2010 and it was the first food truck in the city. It has continued to operate successfully and has become one of the best spots to visit when you are craving some street food. However, it is more than merely a food truck. You can enjoy the full-service restaurant, which is in an old repurposed garage.
Grumman 78 has some great food and drinks on the menu. Some of the appetizers include the horse tartare, spicy dynamite, queso fundido and the sofrito pie. You can also enjoy prime steak tacos, fried chicken and more. The menu at Grumman 78 changes regularly.
