   Such a great sushi experience. We got the best spot ( at the bar) to see the kitchen and the chef in action. Best sushi I never had. Service was on point. Definitely a most if you are into sushi. I suggest the tasting menu. We were pleased by everything.

   The sushi is excellent but I wish there was more variety in one dish. I have always been put off by Park not offering a choice of fish by the piece. 8 pieces of the exact same maki - is kind of boring to be honest. And considering the prices, I prefer not to be bored.

    We went to Park for my birthday dinner. It was delicious. The sushi is so fresh and the presentation so beautiful and even though it was a rainy Monday night the place was full of happy customers. We prefer sashimi and chose miso soup and Asian salad to start both great. Salmon Tartar and 9 piece sashimi for my hubby and the Moriwase 18 piece sashimi for me. Outstanding! Add a glass of Riesling and I was in heaven. Wish my birthday was more than once a year!!

    The food was mostly great, however the sea bream’s texture was slightly mushy compared to usual. Although that part was underwhelming, it hardly distracts from the fact that the rest of the sushi was phenomenal. The Riesling also paired very nicely with the fish.

    Great food with very knowledgeable staff with every meal, they provided a small description. They knew how to pace based on the clientele and required service, our table didn't feel rushed and rarely you will find your glass of water empty.

    The price went up a lot 35% from my last visit, which I understand due to market inflation. However, the portion dropped tremendously as well. It was to celebrate my friend's birthday and he walked out the resto still feeling hungry. In the end he ended up taking extra breads at my home to fill him up. The server suggested us to take the plateau sushi for $135/person, which we did for 2 of us. It came up a plate of sashimi and a plate of 10 tiny nigiris plus 6 small pieces of maki. The plating is very nice and the food ingredient is fresh, but the quantity is really not enough. I only consume 1/3 of everything and my friend took the rest, both of us aren't full, for him, he still needs to fill him up with bread later. Honestly it was my 2nd time visiting the resto, my first experience was super good, we purposely drove far to dine there, first visit we were 6 and this time 4 of us. But honestly, I really think that it's fine to increase prices but never reduce the portion. Otherwise the dinning experience will not end up good.

    Absolutely top notch Japanese meal. We had the 6/7 course tasting menu and every course was fantastic. For us the sushi dishes were particularly delicious, and the dessert was noteworthy too! Highly recommended.

    Had a great time at Park. The staff was friendly and worked hard to provide a wonderful experience. I had the omakase. Everything was delicious but the nigiri was simply outstanding. I was actually sad when I was done with this course. My kid had the chicken teriyaki. It was the best-tasting and healthy version he's ever had. Thanks, Park, for a memorable dining experience.

    I have been following chef Antonio Park for a while so, being there today was very iconic to me. The experience as a whole is impressive and unique. Today's sushi and sashimi were the best I have ever tasted in my entire life. Bear in mind that it's an expensive experience though. Worth every cent spent on it, but yet expensive.
