The experience begins with a warm dashi and moves through cold starters, hand-crafted nigiri, and hot dishes featuring ingredients like tuna, scallops, sea bass, and snook—paired with Mexican flavors like hoja santa, chiles, and citrus. An optional drink pairing is available to complement the menu.
Everything unfolds at the bar, with a front-row view of the preparation and direct interaction with the chef.
