Best Italian Restaurants in Fayetteville
Our first visit to Vetro 1925 was lovely. We made a reservation and were seated on time. The downstairs dining room was cozy and quiet, while the upstairs was more lively. Our server was attentive and friendly, at just the right level. We ordered the ravioli appetizer and the pear salad to start - both of which were amazing. Especially the in-house made bacon in the salad. The bread was a kind of sun-dried tomato foccaccia with oil and herbs that was also delightful. For entrees, I was very happy with my Carbonara. My husband ordered the Gnocchi Con Pollo and was a little disappointed. The dish was described as being topped with a chicken leg, so we pictured something like a leg quarter. It came out as two thighs. One was dry, and he felt like there was something that just didn't work about the texture. Though the flavors were great, the texture didn't work. Overall, though, it was a lovely meal and we will come back. MoreOpenTable Diner -
