Welcome to Murray's Restaurant. Minneapolis' original restaurant for steak since 1946 & home of the award winning Silver Butterknife Steak dinner for two. Also known for mouth watering garlic toast, Hickory Smoked shrimp appetizer, and home baked pies. Well into its third generation of family ownership, Murray's stands out among local and out of town diners alike as a true Twin Cities landmark & continues to provide the best in food and service as it did in 1946.

    I loved the fine dining feel here! The service was outstanding from Abby our server, to the others refilling our drinks, and to the manager for cutting our steak! The food came out to the perfect temperature and the taste was immaculate! Highly recommend the Silver Butter Steak for Two, mashed potatoes, and the loaded hash!

    This place has outstanding service! I’ve never been treated so well- my water glass was never empty and I drink a lot! The food was also spectacular and they brought us a complementary cake and ice cream as it was my partners birthday!

    Austin was our server and excellent, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, informative and overall excellent. We come \to Murray's whenever we have a celebration. It was my husband's birthday.

    From the movement we walked into the door, you could tell that everyone there was working hard to make sure it’s an experience. Just want thank Dillion again being a very attentive and informative server. Let us in the right direction with meals and also made us feel welcomed. The food is second to none, my porterhouse was prepared perfectly, the loaded hash browns were amazing. My wife had loved her meal as well. It was just an overall great experience
