This buffet is a shell of what it used to be, was just a bit better than what you might expect at the free embassy suite breakfast. Sad, we were really looking forward to it, used to be a great buffet

This is a nice hotel and this restaurant had a nice view but the food/value was not good. It was $25 and they didn’t really have much. The bacon was good but everything else was dry and cold to be honest. The wait staff were doing their best but it was clear they were understaffed. I also feel like the chef making omelets was not very experienced and kind of unprofessional. We also got room service from this same place and that was quite honestly the most ridiculous experience. We ordered a beef sandwich that was suppose to come with cheese, caramelized onions and juice and it was just dry cold meat on a dry stale bun. The fries were cold and the Caesar salad was made with spinach and soggy. The most insane part was the Buffalo chicken pizza, it was just stale flatbread with a few crumbled piece of chicken. Literally no sauce at all. Again I believe they were understaffed but also just lacking kitchen skills.

We had to constantly ask to have our water refilled. When I asked one male person, he responded, “I am not a server but I will do it for you. Who is your server?” I could not tell him as no one ever came to our table and said they were our server. For the price we paid we should not have to ask to have our drinks refilled. I did speak to a manager about this issue but it was not until we were about done eating and ready to go.

We had reservations for Mother's day and we were seated quickly. The seating arrangement was a bit cramped for five but we adjusted. Food variety was great as was the overall quality. Brisket and vegetables were very tasty. The cheeses and dessert bars also were a highlight. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We regularly used the Mountain View dining before COVID and it was our first time returning this year. As always, we were very pleased with everything and the care taken to get my 92-yr old Mom a great seat area was very much appreciated.

We waited 20 minutes to be seated for our Noon reservation. We were seated at a table set for 8 instead of 5. The food did not meet the quality of the food served at the Easter Brunch. The service staff provided excellent service, especially Rachel. The ambience was nice.

Celebrated Mother's Day with the extended family. All were pleasantly surprised by the choices and quality of foods with the buffet. Will definitely schedule again for next year! The location and views were awesome.

I have not visited since the Pandemic. My expectations were high as I had visited several times in the past. The buffet was extremely limited, the food was cold, and the omelette station was poorly staffed-i waited 20 minutes before a person appeared. When she did arrive, there was no apology for the wait. Our waitress was okay. The staff vacuumed all around us as we were eating. I do not believe I will return.
