We prepaid for Easter brunch and one person in our party woke up with a stomach flu. When we asked if there was any way we could get a refund we were met with an extremely rude response, and frankly the gentlemen had an attitude with us. I can understand that cancellations need to be in advance, but the way he responded was very rude.

This is one of the best brunches in COS. Although I think the food wasn’t as good as last visit.

We weren’t told till we got there that the actual Mountain View area was under construction and my husband and I were on our honeymoon and wanted a view… the food was cold and it was just a buffet that ended up being over $50!! Which is absolutely ridiculous for now view, cold food, and it being literally just a buffet. Don’t recommend.

They allowed us to reserve a table at 1045 when the places closes at 11. We had no choice but to leave. HUGE Dissappointment

The restaurant was closed. We were taken to a hotel buffet in a windowless room instead after arriving. No one mentioned that the restaurant is actually no longer open but happily took our reservation and our money. We drove 1.5 hours to get here only to be met woth this embarrassment for our anniversary. The server laughed when I mentioned a reservation and said to enjoy the mountain view while gesturing at the wall. Neither of the two people I talked too while making the reservation said anything.

We had our NYE dinner in the restaurant at the Cheyenne mountain resort for their Buffett. Food was good for the most part. Supplies were a little low on some things and other food items looked like they had been sitting there a while. The prime rib was fantastic. We enjoyed the food but service was almost non-existent with our waiter who was less than helpful about drink options, with just pointing to the coffee/tea station across the room when we asked what options were. He never mentioned anything about other drink options for ordering from the bar or that we were able to have unlimited mimosas that were included in our buffet. He was not around when we needed anything, we filled out own water glasses twice. He didn’t stop by to take empty/used dishes as we would go back for a different course or plate. To top that off with an automatic 18% tip on our bill was not appreciated. Tipping for a buffet is generally less just because of less need for serving but we got no service and were forced to pay 18% in a$50 per person meal. I’m generally a good tipper but that was ridiculous and lazy on his part.

Over priced for the type of food they serve, visit Golden Corral instead, the food is similar but golden is way better.

The brunch was wonderful. Our server was always helpful. The food was excellent especially the prime rib. We had a great view of the mountains. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone.
