Thank you Momed - Atwater Village for opening again. We love your patio area, the food is always delicious, and of course the staff is always very gracious. We also felt safe and assured that you were following our new normal. We’ll be back soon.
love this neighborhood spot. support it! we need momed to survive in Atwater because the food is delicious and the atmosphere is fantastic!
I've been to Momed a half dozen times. It's a great go-to spot for me. It never disappoints.
Love the food and the place! I celebrated my friend's bday here and she loved it too!
Consistently good. Spicing, ingredients, presentation all well judged and the results are excellent and so delicious.
great, safe service, lovely patio and great, unusual food
Paid $130 for 2 glasses of wine, 2 pints of beer and the worst falafel I've ever had. I get it, covid days require us all to pitch in, but geez....
Interesting brunch menu
Staff very attentive re covid 19 related safety
Felt safe and excited to be able to dine out again! Appreciate all the safety precautions, including hand sanitizer, masks, cell phone menu, and sealed utensils. Delicious food! Beautiful ambiance! Will definitely come back! Thank you for having us!
An excellent experience.
Checked for virus, seated, order taken, food delivered, enjoyed meal, was thanked by staff, and went home. A perfect evening with great food in a wonderful location.
The food quality/ quantity/ price is not worth it. Nice place though.
Outstanding in every way! Yes it’s on the pricy side but it’s worth it. 👍👌👏
Love Momed! Great friendly service. Variety of food options, everything is amazing. Awesome mixed drinks. The Med Mule is a favorite.
The food was sublime...and more than worth the trip from Pasadena. We ordered the Momo Chips, Cleopatra Salad and the Short Ribs Tajines.
Will return soon. Yes, it's located in an out of the way location. But who cares when the food is this good? We recommend it to several of our friends.
We felt very safe -- everyone was wearing masks and more than socially distanced!
Momed never disappoints! The ambiance, the music, the service, the FOOD!!! It’s our favorite place! Thank you!!!
Lovely covered patio in which to enjoy your first restaurant meal since the loosening of restrictions on dining-in. Careful attention to all safety measures--important to two 65-year-olds. Great food but a bit on the expensive side.
Gross food and over priced
Doing an excellent job keeping guests safe while continuing to serve outstanding Mediterranean food.
Attentive service and staff was meticulous about health advisories.
Momed has done a great job of reopening. While we enjoyed the take-out family meals during the shut-down, nothing compares to being back in this lovely setting. The food remains outstanding and the indoor/outdoor seating make it perfect for getting out of the house and sharing time with your "pod" with generous social distancing from other customers. Thank you!
Beautiful outdoor environment with a Southeast Asian industrial feel. Amazing food. Service was slow and prices are high - especially for wine. Would definitely return and probably drink iced tea!
After almost three months of not dining out, it was wonderful to be back at Momed, Atwater Village. The food, as usual, was delicious. We thank the staff for the friendly, gracious and efficient service, and for their strict adherence to our “new normal”.
We've been here twice. Great food. Delicious drinks. Very nice setting. Service was great as well.
Momed is a beautiful place that I’d never been to before! Just looking at it from the street you’re glad you made it here. Particularly during the social distancing, the outdoor atmosphere and the large distance between you and other guests is ideal! The service was excellent and so was the food! It offers a variety of vegetarian, seafood and meat dishes. All with unique flavors, beautifully seasoned! I recommend this off the beaten path, sanctuary from the world.
It was a great experience very clean and good service
Momed is a great restaurant. The food is always delicious and healthy, plus the patio is perfect for social distancing. Servic is also good.
Great food with amazing flavors, but don’t expect to get full. Waitress recommended we share, but the portions were so small. We ordered 5 dishes with 4 people and left the restaurant still pretty hungry. And the bill was $230...cool atmosphere and a great place to just hang out get a few drinks and munch. I would not recommend those place is your wanting a full on dinner.
Momed has a wonderful brunch menu, and amazing cocktails.
Sadly the food was extremely underwhelming. The mezze bread and dips weren’t appetizing (aside from the tziki which was good) and the shashuka was just ok. The water glasses smelled like wet dog. The place was pretty and I wanted to like it more!
Great place to be able to bring a big dog
Beautiful ambience, good wine selection. Great for a date. I especially liked the prawns.
Great food. Beautiful restaurant casual dress
This place never disappoints. The spare ribs is savory and the staff is very knowledgeable.
We have visited Momed several times over the past few years. We always enjoy the meal. And even though most of the seats are outdoors under a covered patio, their space heaters do a good job, even on a chilly night.
Momed Atwater is always a pleasure and it didn't disappoint.
Food was delicious. The manager came by the table to ask how everything was and to welcome me back (have been a semi-regular for years) which was nice.
Everyone enjoyed what they ordered.
A pleasant little hide-away.
Went for my wife's birthday. Party of 12.
Food was great but the highlight was service. Benjamin, our server was attentive and polite. Highly recommend it.
I grew up in a Moroccan family and was raised on Mediterranean staples. This restaurant misses the mark completely. The menu is ambitious but gets all the basics wrong. Whole wheat sourdough Israeli pita... why complicate a perfectly simple thing? Even if prepared to taste right the texture was stale. Falafel - very dry. Hummus - half way descent. Cocktails and pickles were good, but that was not enough to save the meal. Also, the whole interior direction of the place is confused. Lastly, the service was just awkward. No one was particularly warm or excited about the menu (makes sense tho). It didn’t really feel like we had a proper server, just serve people taking our orders and us flagging someone down when we needed something. My recommendation: do yourself a favor and spend your evening at Kismet or Open Sesame. Kismet does high concept far better and Open Sesame is authentic, delicious Lebanese you will want to keep coming back for.
Great food and service in a beautiful space.
Lovely space, great tasting food. Our only issue that the service staff gave one of our dishes to the group next to us, leaving us waiting and wondering where it went? In any case, we canceled and still had a pleasant meal. Great atmosphere, kind of a hidden Atwater gem.
