   My second time eating there with a party of 10 over the last two days. I must admit that my first experience was better than this one as it related to the food and the service. Service was much slower and 4 out of 10 of us did not initially get what we ordered.

   We enjoyed our dinner for 4. We had good service, even though it was late in the evening. The French Onion Soup was exceptional as well as the burgers & macaroni & cheese.

   Awful service - we had a reservation for a business and they verbally pressured my table to leave once we were at the table for 90 minutes. Service is atrocious during trade shows.

   When the drink server showed up with our fine wine in !!!!Plastic cups!!!!! that was an almost deal breaker!! I have dined here many times in the past and NEVER had this happen. Hilton was obviously not prepared for the numbers of people last weekend, but we were taken aback by the fact that other glass glasses were available and that those were not the first option to running out of stemmed white and red wine glasses! When I am at a Hilton, we expect expert service. This was a classless downfall of service! We had to complain that we were there for a fine dining éxperience and that plastic cups were unacceptable and perhaps there was some other vessel available. Fortunately, our server -- not our waiter--found small stemless wineware which was acceptable. I suggest that this be the alternative to serving at table with plastic glasses! This was shocking! Also the noise level was also unacceptable. When I dine with friends, I want to have conversation, not have to yell at them or they at me in order to be heard!!! The din in the lobby with all the people was horrible! I think walls need to be constructed around the restaurant to provide a quieter environment for valuable conversation. Although, I truly like this restaurant, at this point, I would no longer recommend it to friends.

    I wasn’t expecting much from this place, but we actually really enjoyed the service and the food. It was very expensive though, and I didn’t love that they charge you for a bread basket.

    Great food. Wonderful service. BE WARNED -- IT'S VERY LOUD! I was there during a Convention and the Mix Restaurant is literally quite open to the lobby bar area, where dozens (maybe hundreds?) of Convention guests are having their end of day cocktails. Our reservation was at 7pm and we thought the noise might die down, -not a chance. As a matter of fact, as the evening went on, the noise just got louder. I assume if one is dining there without the Convention crowd, the noise might be minimal. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent. We just had to shout in order to hear each other, it was difficult to make conversation.

    Business meeting during a convention. Service was slow and servers were sparse. Food was good. Perhaps just an off night but for being at a convention center I would think the restaurant would be used to heavy demand times.

    Absolutely the worst dinner we have had in a long time. I understand things happen, but it’s how you handle them that matters. Made reservations for thanksgiving with their special menu. When we sat down we were instructed they were out of turkey option and ham option. They still had steak option. Which we ordered. While we waited they came and said they only had two left. We asked for a menu for other options and where the appetizers were. Shortly after they proceeded to bring some of the meals out without the rest of us ordering anything and the appetizers not being there. We spoke to the manager who did not care and said there were no other options they had run out. Very poor planning and handled poorly on their end. We sent the food back and asked for the bill. No one came for a while. I finally tracked down the waiter again and he said the manager was going to talk to us again? She never showed. I sent my family on while my son and I waited for a bill. Finally the assistant manager came and he was very apologetic and handled it well. You could tell he was truly bothered by what happened. I appreciated the way he handled it. Yes, I gave the waiter a cash tip as it wasn’t his fault.

    The food was good but not outstanding. The menu was limited for the prices they are charging. The presentation was outstanding and the server tried but because they split the duties we often felt neglected. I feel like this restaurant is trying too hard but has massive potential

    MIX’ online dinner menu was not available. We were told that the menu was changed five days ago. The current restaurant menu was less appealing and more expensive. My entree (salmon) was very good. Service was satisfactory. The ambience was calm, relaxed and reflective of the holiday season.

    Amazing food! We came here for dinner after Disney . I had the pasta with the bruschetta and it did not disappoint. I had come to a solar convention the day prior and absolutely loved it. Our waitress even remembered our name and order . She mentioned it was her bday the week prior, and going to visit her kids in the Philippines. She provided excellent service

    BE AWARE The food was average for a hotel. The staff was very helpful. The problem was false advertisement. The Open Table site notes 3 hours of validated parking. However, they did not honor it. It was $35 parking for a $22 burger meal!

    I arrived about 15 mins. before my 11:30 reservation. I was told that the restaurant is not open for lunch (apparently breakfast buffet and dinner only). Upon telling them I had a reservation, the restaurant check-in person pointed to some tables in the lounge area, and said I could sit there, and be served there. They insisted that it was not their website that i made the reservation on, but OpenTable instead. I told them that there was a menu on it. The table was OK, and we were served properly, etc. But something was wrong with this. I was unhappy overall with the experience

    Service, food excellent - very flavorful. Ambiance - extremely noisy - could not carry on a conversation with a companion because of the noise level during the peak lunch crowd. I definitely would have rated the restaurant 5 stars if it wasn't for the noise.

    This restaurant is next to the lobby of the hotel, which makes it a bit noisy. The ambiance is sober and practical. I had the impossible burger and was well made and accompanied of house made potato chips. Overall ok for a hotel’s restaurant.

    We made reservations for Saturday and Sunday. We were celebrating our 1 Year Anniversary and stayed at the Hilton. We want to thank Lorena Bravo for her superb service and attentions she provided for our special occasion. I’m a Hilton Honors who has visited many of their restaurants, but we have never felt so wonderful and grateful at all levels. Please let Lorena know we will always remember how she helped me with my knee issues and how her service exuded with excellence! Thank you and we need more Lorena’s in restaurants.

    I think MIX Restaurant and Lounge is a great spot for eating if you're at a conference, and your food options are pop-up stands and food trucks. While I thought everything was good, I likely would not eat at MIX Restaurant and Lounge if I was in the area as there are, in my own opinion, better options close by.
