Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments, he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all.
Please arrive on time, we will hold the table for 15 minutes.
We are closed on Sunday and Monday during end-March and April.
We are answering our phone during business hours at 2 pm.
The restaurant will close for the off-season April 20 till May 21, reopen on Thursday, April 22, 2025.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary. We spent a wonderful evening and everything was perfect, the food , the wine and the atmosphere. We would like to say "thank you" to the staff and more particularly to Brice. I had the fish and my husband the Elk tenderloin.Congratulation to the chef for the level of excellence ( taste and presentation). The pavlova was also something to dye for.

Great dinner at Mirabelle! We had eaten there as a family maybe 17 years ago. Not sure why we have not gone back but we did (my wife and I) and we had a wonderful dinner. Service was excellent and I enjoyed the squash ravioli with truffle sauce as a appetizer....the sauce was phenomenal....I soaked it up with more bread. My wife had the Belgium onion soup. Both were excellent. Entrees of Colorado lamb (me) and lobster with a small side of sausage (my wife). She was hesitant about the sausage but it was excellent. The lamb is to die for! Highly recommend a nice pleasant dinner at Mirabelle.

What an amazing evening and a delicious meal. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and expertly served and prepared. One of the best restaurants in Beaver Creek.
