So awesome. Lamb chops were terrific.
As always delicious food, my beef tenderloin was perfect…. Desserts were the perfect ending to a wonderful experience
Mirabelle is an outstanding restaurant. The menu and wine list are both very carefully planned and show the expertise of the owners. The service staff is well trained and attentive to our requests. This visit was during the "post covid" staff shortage time, yet the service was handled very well and quite promptly. The food was excellent as we have come to expect. The pricing is fairly high, but fully justified.
Another perfect dinner at Mirabelle! This adult venue with superb local cuisine and fresh produce never disappoints. The doors to the back patio were open and the breeze drifted in the room making us feel a part of the outdoors. The heirloom tomatoes with buratta and the butternut squash and tomato soup were wonderful starters! The elk steak and Dover Sole wonderfully prepared and presented. Dominic was an excellent server, pacing dinner for us. We love making happy memories at Mirabelle in this gorgeous, yet comfortable restaurant. Thank you!
Wonderful meal in a lovely setting. Everything from cocktails to main course to dessert cookies for a birthday were top-notch. Our waiter Raphael (Rafael?) was outstanding and charming. Definitely a highlight of our weekend to the mountains!
Excellent meal and excellent service. One of us had the 4-course prix-fixe which was wonderful. The other ordered ala carte which was also great.
A good but limited selection of 1/2 bottles of wine.
We will return with friends.
The Dover Sole was incredible. Deserts are fantastic. Best chef in the Vail Valley.
The atmosphere and the food was outstanding. Dominick D was attentive suggested several items on the menu. They where GREAT. bought the chefs cookbook too.
Food and service always good and we enjoy the European atmosphere.
Every time we have the opportunity to dine at Mirabelle it is a special occasion. From the greeting at the door to the servers to engaging with Natalie, the owner, there is a feeling of true welcome. That, of course, is complemented by amazing food in every respect from the presentation to the quantity to the unique flavors. It is a wonderful dining experience in every respect.
Very unique and special experience. The flavors on everything we tried was outstanding.
We were very disappointed having heard such great things about this restaurant. The ambiance was terrific and the service was impeccable. Our first courses of lobster salad and Foie gras were both outstanding. My wife’s entree of Dover sole was very good. The issue was my entree. I ordered the Tenderloin steak on the waiter’s recommendation. The steak looked like it was medium rare when you cut it. However when I tried to eat it the meat was so dry I couldn’t chew and swallow it. I don’t know if the fact that it got charred on one side affected it but it was inedible, I ate a few bites using the sauce that accompanied it but then couldn’t eat anymore. I sent the steak back and although the initial server seemed concerned and said she would talk to the Chef nothing was ever said or done about it.
Perfect evening in Beaver Creek
Expensive for the amount and quality of food. Very small servings even for main entrees. Mushrooms listed as a side to entree was one mushroom sliced in half. Quality of food was average at best. Even the desserts were subpar.
Our fifth or sixth visit— parking is problematic and acoustics are not great but food and service are top notch
Very expensive for the quality. Staff is excellent.
This is one of our favorite "special occasion" restaurants. The staff is exceedingly well-trained, helpful but not intrusive. Our meals are always unique and outstanding with the foie gras remaining my all-time favorite indulgence. Our elk tenderloins were the envy of other diners as we exclaimed over the flavor and quality! We are locals and find this restaurant one of our highly recommended offerings.
What can we say but it is our very favorite restaurant in the area. The hit the mark in every way. Don’t miss the back porch it is wonderful. The meal was just perfect try the prefix menu. We just love this place
Mirabelle is such a lovely setting for a summer dinner + fine food and excellent service!
Wonderful service … food was awesome … our best meal of our vacation 😊
We have spent time in Beaver Creek for over 35 years and Mirabelle continues to be one of our favorite restaurants. Once again we had an excellent meal. We had Dover sole and Colorado lamb chops, and shared the garden salad. We enjoyed a nice bottle of red wine. Everything was delicious. Service and ambience were excellent as well.
We were celebrating a birthday and remember Mirabelle as an outstanding restaurant before Covid. 2 in our party ordered the 2 soups, a cauliflower soup and lobster bisque. Both were absolutely tasteless. One person ordered the vegetarian dish and though it was bland. The men at the table were hungry and we asked our waiter about the portion of the Elk tenderloin that was offered. He stated that it was an 8oz portion. It was delicious but it was barely 4 oz, which was devoured in a minute. When we told the waiter that it was not even close to 8oz, his reply was "that's why I'm a waiter not a chef." Frankly, that was not an answer I would ever want to hear from the waiter. We had souffles for dessert. I felt that they were too sweet. Frankly, for a $500 dinner, I expect perfection and Mirabelle was far from it.
July 3rd night has been a tradition for us. The food is incredible. Serving sizes are small but each bite is incredible.
Good menus selections, excellent service, good food.
Every one of our party of six senior citizens enjoyed the food, the ambience and the lovely round table where we could visit and catch up with one another. It was a lovely evening.
We live in Avon for 3 months in the summer. This is absolutely one of our favorite restaurants !!! The service is great, love Peter the bartender!
We celebrated our 41st anniversary. We have celebrated at Mirabelle for over 10 years. Everyone makes you feel welcome, the service is superb and the food is terrific!
My husband of 23 years passed of cancer 15 months ago. This was one of his favorite restaurants in the world. It was hard returning but the meal was flawless, just as on the very first time we were here. I cried when I saw the “Peaches and Cream “ dessert as this was one of his own creations in his role as a pastry chef. This is a special place, folks. A very special place.
Fantastic - were seated in the “vip” table where President Ford would sit. Service was top notch, food was wonderful. My wife and I had the Elk Filets. Highly recommend.
Squandered Inheritance. Mirabelle is gifted with a singular location, among centuries-old trees along a creek at the entrance of Beaver Creek Resort. It should be the gem of Colorado haute cuisine, but some mixture of entitlement and inertia have robbed the team of attention to detail in both food and service. Lukewarm bisque. A screw-top pinot. A waiter that cannot remember dish ingredients, but readily used our table to stage plates for other guests. Undercooked veggies. A ratatouille that it would be generous to say took liberties with tradition. Roast chicken jus that was so thin it ran off the forked entree like water. An utterly uninspired lamb sitting atop the most bland mashed potatoes in memory. Easily the best item of the night was the delicate lavender-touched sugar cookie served with the bill. All night we heard oohs and ahs from tables left and right, as they fawned over the same dishes we knew were mediocre at best. One can only conclude that Colorado’s newly-rich have yet to cultivate a true sense of culinary greatness. Sadly, this allows what should be a world-class restaurant to coast along lazily like a trust-fund kid.
Very small limited menu. Food just ok. Extremely pricey. Would not recommend.
Great food, great service. Definitely would recommend
Always our favorite when we spend a week in BC.
Outstanding experience. Yes, the portions are small but the quality is exceptional.
Outstanding dinner. Attentive service. Nice atmosphere.
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Mirabelle.
The food was delicious and the overall experience was amazing!
Food was good, but very small portions, especially for the price they charge.
The food was excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable about the food perpetration and the wine offerings. Very friendly and welcoming.
Amazing little Restaurant run by Chef Joly! Perfect for any special occasion or to bring friends that are visiting, or if you just want an amazing meal.
