    Ate in the bar last night and had an enjoyable experience. Service was great. Food was excellent. Always enjoy Michael’s Cafe.

    We were in one of the dining areas, not a bar area and acoustics are VERY loud. Gr8 energy for HH, not so much for a business or casual conversations. Food's always great.

    We had a great meal while celebrating my mother's 86th birthday. The steak she ordered was cooked perfectly, and the cheesecake dessert was a real surprise and thoroughly appreciated. I had the ribs and they were spectacular. The service Brendan provided was great!

We see she appreciates the exceptional flavor of a prime-rated steak! We are glad that you enjoyed the ribs and, of course, the well-deserved birthday cheesecake.     Big place. We apparently entered the restaurant not through the entrance so were standing at, what we thought was, the hostess table for a few minutes until we were directed to the actual entrance. We ordered the apple and walnut salad, French onion soup, and braised short rib. Service was good but a little slower than we would have liked especially getting our drinks.
