   The food was great, but the service was a bit quirky. The waitress who had clearly been there forever forgot about us at times and then forgot to bring things she said she was bringing, but the food was excellent as always. There was a large disruptive group next to us that detracted from the experience, but there’s not much you can do about that. The Seafood Ciopino was outstanding. Their Old Fashioned is second to none. I don’t know why I pretend to look at the menu when I know exactly what I’m getting when I come here.

   The ambience and quality of food was good. However, the food came out cool. It took a while to get my coffee refilled. I’m split on whether I’d go back, considering the price.

   I would highly recommend Michael's for Brunch. we have been to the York road location and the white marsh location. both are wonderful and staff is great. I will be back.

   Overall, really great experience. It was a little noisy, but to expected with the robust crowd there for lunch. Michael's is definitely on my list of "go-to" places when meeting colleagues in Timonium.

   The food was OK. The service was questionable and the pricing scheme of charging to replace vegetables was ridiculous. But the most outlandish charge was 50 cents per drink extra for cranberry juice in a vodka drink. I will never go back to this restaurant.

   We had salads and they were very good. It did take awhile for them to come but we were having a business meeting so it was ok.

    I was meeting an older women for lunch who speaks with an accent. I was concerned about the level of noise in the main restaurant. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seated in the main dining room. My friend came early but was seated in the contemporary bar area. I finally texted her to see if she was on her way and we both realized we were placed in two different areas. Fortunately we were able to sit in the less crowded bar area in a table for two which was just right for us. We both order the chicken salad sandwich on the raisin toast and it was delicious.

    Service was outstanding, food was delicious! The only complaint I have is that the music was so loud we had to practically shout to hear each other across the table. If the volume went down a bit the experience would have been pretty perfect!

    Overpriced buffet that was not kept replenished. No oysters or omelettes as advertised. Very loud.

    We went for the Mother's Day brunch and everything was excellent. The buffet food was terrific overall. Everything we tried - and we sampled a lot of different things - was delicious. The servers were attentive and very friendly. It was noisy, but it was also packed, so to be expected. My mother loved it.

    Very nice restaurant, friendly staff and good food. They correctly processed our seating request from OpenTable. We found the shrimp or chicken platters to be tasty, a good value, reasonably filling and healthful.

    The menus has changed since I was there last. I wanted to lean more pescatorian, and avoiding fried foods. The Maryland crab soup was very good. The Greek salad had to be remade as it had dressing on, but it was taken care of cheerfully. The wait staff was very attentive and the manager also checked in. Michael's will continue to be our go to place for family events.

    This restaurant is wonderful! The service on Sunday, April 23, was great! I had rock fish and is was great! It is not cheap, but the food and ambience is worth it! Thank you very much! My friend and I will be back!

    I love Michael's Cafe in Timonium. I always order shrimp and grits. Our server Angela was very informative about the entrees. She answered all of our questions. She was very attentive. If you get a chance check it out.

    We were seated right in time for our reservation and had an excellent patient informative server. She didn’t rush us but once we ordered the food, it arrived warm and timely. We had not visited with our friends for some time so we had lots to catch up on and we were not rushed with a bill until we requested it. Excellent experience!

    Food was OK. Not great. Forgot part if our order, said it wouldn't take long to bring out and then took 15 minutes. Everyone was done with their dinner. Should have taken it off the bill. Your mistake. We pay. Won't rush back here.

    The lobster rolls were tasty but a bit overcooked. They are made with claw meat as described on the menu. The bavette wedge salad didn't have dressing on it & I couldn't remember if it was included per the menu. I asked for medium rare & received medium flank steak. I believe the restaurant has a staff shortage because the service & food was slow to arrive. The waitress was very pleasant & served the food as soon as it was ready.

    We three cousins have been getting together for lunch almost monthly and Sharon, from Annapolis, insists on Michael’s. My other cousin and I have loved Michael’s for many years! So many favorites on the menu, I can’t pick just one!

    We are never disappointed when we dine at Michael's. We were seated in a booth as requested, our server, Katelyn, could not have been be more pleasant and attentive and our food selections were outstanding (crab imperial and salmon.

    This review is specifically for their Easter Buffet. They offered a great buffet with ham, prime rib, turkey, cooked to order omelet, French toast, bacon, rice, fish, peel n eat shrimp, oysters on half shell, huge array of desserts and salads. Overall the food was good. Surprising lacked any type of roll or potato which would have been easy and a perfect accompaniment. Service was friendly and as you can imaging the place was packed. They did a good job turning the food over with fresh and keeping drinks filled.

    Easter brunch buffet was great! Large assortment, beginning with Oysters, Shrimp, Salmon bar. Carving station, breakfast stations, salads, fruit, desert. They did a great job. Would definitely have brunch there again!

    Wonderful, accessible place to go for lunch or dinner. I took my disabled niece and they were very accomodating. The crab dip is delicious. This place is a go to for my business dinners, too.

    Arrived at Michael's for our reservation and were seated promptly. I booked for the dining room but was seated at a table in the corner of the bar area. The table was very noisy due to the Orioles and Final Four games going on, felt like we were yelling to have a conversation. The hostess messed up big time and quadruple sat our waitress. This stressed her out and she was trying to manage 4 newly sat tables within minutes of each other. This led to slow service (not blaming the waitress at all- she really was trying). Once food arrived it was very tasty (although the salad said candied walnuts and they were just plain walnuts). The manager came over to the table to see how everything was and I politely wanted to tell him about how the hostess stressed out the server and that the experience was not up to par with waiting for items to be brought to the table or getting water refilled. Let the manager know that this was not the servers fault and she did do her best and was obviously put in a bad situation. To my surprise, the manager did apologize and took care of a few items off the bill - which was unnecessary. Overall, the atmosphere was lively, the food was tasty, the server was pleasant, and the manager went above and beyond. If they can get the hostesses trained properly than it would be a homerun.
