   It was an unfortunate dining experience for my wife and me. We have eaten here several times over the years, but this experience was bottom of the list. The clams as an appetizer were first rate and it was a downhill slide from there. The service was not good and food prep was sketchy. An item was forgotten and the waitstaff never came back to check on us to let them know our order was incomplete. My bone in pork chop was overcooked and dry and tasted like it sat under a warming lamp for awhile. The waitstaff was below average.

   We had the sea bass and it was one of the finest pieces of fish I have ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, flaky and almost creamy; unbelievable. Great green salad and delicious preserved lemon and asparagus risotto. Ended with French press coffee and chocolate torte. This is our new fine dining in Spokane. We don't eat like this often but when we do it will be here. Can't wait to try a steak next time. The small, well executed menu holds great promise.

   I took my son in for his 30th birthday. Our reservation was at five. It was shortly after they had opened for the evening. It was not very crowded and not noisy. We were seated and asked if we wanted drinks. He had the ribeye I had tenderloin. The steaks were cooked perfectly. Our server and assistant were friendly and answered all of our questions. They gave him a scoop of ice cream with a candle. It included some fresh strawberry slices, blueberries and blackberries drizzled with chocolate syrup. Very enjoyable experience, for both of us.

   Had Easter Brunch today and it was fantastic from hostess desk, service and food. Top notch!

    We celebrated my wife’s birthday @ Masselow’s in the Northern Quest Resort and Casino. This was our second celebration there. If you haven’t been, you’ve got to go. The Atmosphere, ambience, and service is top notch!! Our Server was Exceptional! We look forward to another visit in the near future! If you ask me, it’s the Spokane areas best restaurant!!
