Best meal we’ve had in a long time, including restaurants in Denver. Amazing exec. chef Caroline has both the vision and execution to make it your best meal in a long time too. Everything, from appetizers to drinks, entrees and desserts, was perfect. Service was fantastic. Highest recommendation, coming from a retired chef and former bartender.
Great food & service. Outdoor patio is our favorite spot. And their martini’s are always fun.
Callie was amazing! She was the best server! I love martinis and will continue to go there. We will always ask for Callie. Callie is a rockstar!!!
This is one terrific restaurant. The patio is lovely, as well as the charming interior of the restaurant. We had the bass, swordfish, scallops and crab cake and all were excellent as well as the blue cheese salad. Our server was delightful and we'll return again for sure!
Impeccable service and the food is back on top. Amazing cocktails.
Excellent server, welcome greeting at the door. Very expensive martinis. Excellent tasting food, beautiful presentation.
Great meal and great drinks!
Great service on the lawn. Martinis were delicious. The Brie appetizer was ok, it wasn’t as gooey and hot as I was expecting and there could have been more bread or other options for dipping. Most main dishes are quite pricey and the appetizers were very pork heavy. I think happy hour will be my next venture.
My vegan fava bean dish was very tasty- the tempura veggies were a bit overwhelming- the batter was quite thick. A lighter batter would have been wonderful, especially with what I would consider to be a healthy dish.
Wine pairing the owner suggested was delicious. Our server was fine and efficient - just very impersonal and somewhat robotic.
Beautiful outdoor patio. I’ll give it a try again eventually.
The entrees were excellent. The GF calamari was mostly bread with little squid. The server was sweet. We sat outside in direct sunlight with my fair skinned wife and son. We all ordered 3 different Martinis. They were all wrong when they were served. I ordered Gin and got Whiskey. My wife ordered Vodka and got Gin. My son ordered Whiskey and got Vodka. So, mistakes happen! The minimum is to replace the drinks. The server thought we should share each other's germs and swap them around. Rather than fight her, we swapped them around. If you want a good review from me, fix this. I am happy to fix my review.
This is my 3rd visit here. It was the worst visit yet. This is not a 5 star restaurant. If you want five stars, level up. When you screw up, fix it large. Comp and replace the drinks. This should be policy. If the patron has to ask for water, you are not 5 star. If your outside seating is in direct sunlight, build a shade for it.
Wonderful place for my parents 60th. They loved it and they are picky 😁
First time at Martinis did not disappoint. Our server was excellent. The patios are very nice, albeit not all tables are shaded. We were given a two top in the sun and asked for a 4 top that was empty and in the shade. We were told those needed to be reserved for parties of 4. We accepted that until parties of 2 began to be seated at nearby tables for 4 in the shade. We expressed our unhappiness to our waiter and he promptly had us moved to a 4 top in the shade. Food was very good, although the crab cake suffered from the lack of a sauce. Ribeye was cooked to perfection.
We will return, for sure.
The food was outstanding. Toby, our waiter was excellent!! Great sense of humor!
Very disappointing! I used to love this place! Horrendous service! Poorly crafted martini! Happy Hour, which used to be great, had a dismal selection and overpriced.
Great experience on 6/7/21, celebrating our 35th anniversary. Our waiter, Anthony, paid attention to our opentable reservation to see that we were celebrating 35 years, and treated us to a stream of 80's and 90's music while we dined. The drinks were fun and refreshing, the charcuterie board was awesome and easily fed us both. Our entree's, chicken and bison, were amazing, paired with a reasonably priced and wonderful Italian red.
We took our dear friend out to martinis to celebrate her 70th birthday. The mood was good and the place was relatively quiet enough for us not to have to shout at one another. Easy to walk to for us to a great place to dine and celebrate.
We have been eating here for several years. The food last night was VERY good. We started with the calamari. It is very good with a slight bit of heat, just perfect. I had the Bison NY Strip, it was prepared exactly like I like it. My wife has the chicken Piccata and it was excellent according to her. Fantastic service, in fact I can not say enough about it. She was there when we needed her, but not overbearing. She had a very good understanding of the menu items and the wine list. We finished the evening with the chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake. Excellent evening.
My son and I have a mother/son date once a month and it was his 14th birthday.
Homey neighborhood feel to it. The mussel were great, plump mussel with a little spice. Butterscotch with berries was yummy. If we pass this way again, we will have another taste.
This was our first visit here as the restaurant opened just before the pandemic, or so we were told by our wait person. It is a wonderful attempt at fine dining in a city still finding its way with this kind of food. We loved the menu -- it was small but loaded with mouthwatering descriptions for appetizers, salads, all protein groups including a Vegan option, and desserts. Our appetizer (bacon wrapped scallops) was served hot with a very tasty aioli but was slightly overcooked, our main courses (Snapper and Bass) were served hot and loaded with flavor but a little too salty for our taste and again slightly overcooked, and dessert ( Budino with berries) was perfect. I thought the wine pours were "skimpy" for the prices they charged per glass but this is often a complaint I have of many establishments. They seem to be finding their way well post-pandemic and we wish them well. We will be back again.
As always, Martini’s was amazing. Our server, Callie was the best and the food and drinks couldn’t have been better!
What a great night, the food was excellent.our waitress was very knowledgeable, and
friendly.we had a lot of laughs, she had some great body art.we would ask for her again.
Fantastic food and friendly professional service. High marks all around. This was our first visit and we will be back and telling friends.
First time I have been to martini Bistro under the new ownership. Did not have the same unique atmosphere I remembered and my experience was overshadowed when I was served the wrong Martini and the waitress tried to fix it by adding ingredients at my table rather than the bartender taking care of it. I have always enjoyed this place though and will return in hopes of the last experience being an anomaly.
Nice outdoor patio area, good food, and good service.
Martini’s, wine and food were excellent!
Perfect night out with a friend. Service was incredible, the martini was delicious, and the food was outstanding! The entire staff was great, but Callie, our waitress, was so thoughtful and amazing!
The food was outstanding, as was the service. Perhaps a bit overpriced, but for a fancy evening out it was superb.
Martini's Bistro has become a terrific foodie destination with gourmet presentations from artful and inspiring creations from a top-notch kitchen. The patio serves as a large and welcoming perch and the list of wines and deserts provide wonderful accompaniment to diverse and creative entre and app selections. Martini's is new top destination on our Colorado restaurant circuit--a clear rival to any stops in Boulder and Denver!
Loved the cozy and comfortable setting. The muscles were the best we’ve ever had. And, of course, cocktails were fantastic.
Martini’s always impresses. Amazing food, friendly people and a cozy patio. Their mussels and lamb are some of the best I’ve ever had.
anything on the menu. everything looks great would add shrimp cocktail and mussels
Good menu choices, prepared as requested, great drink choices and the service was excellent
The variety of options is excellent for a fine dining establishment. My meal of Alamosa bass was one of the best I've ever had, especially atop hand-made gnocchi and roasted shallots & tomatoes. The ambiance was excellent. We were on the outdoor patio where tables are not squished together like most places. It was a lovely, calm-weather evening, and there was a trickling fountain as well as tent for potential shade or sprinkles. A very special evening.
We had an amazing time at Martini's Bistro. Their food is always on point and they have really creative cocktails. The atmosphere is intimate and beautiful (especially on the patio). The service was excellent and the servers were super friendly. They even put up with us hanging around for hours during a first girls night out since the pandemic. Thanks, Martini's Bistro!!
Delicious food, relaxing environment, and seating outside was lovely!
Nicely tucked away, calm setting, great personable staff, a bit highly priced but will return
We had a great wait person, Jessica! Loved being at her table. The Steak Salad was really good, the mussels were just ok. The mussels were cooked to perfection, but we didn't think the chorizo/butter/wine sauce complemented the mussels at all. The broth was actually quite a bit more tasty with the bread than with the mussels.
If they have the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine, I highly recommend it. It was suggested by Jessica - and it was perfect.
Always a great evening
The staff is exceptional... we sat on the patio and when it began to rain they jumped right in to ensure everyone was dry and happy!
