   We met a friend who just moved to the Longmont area. What a treat! We had the ahi tuna, short ribs, and scallops. Our friend is a light eater so she ordered the scallops and broccolini from the “sides” menu.. All three dishes were beautifully arranged and perfectly prepared. The ambience was elegant, yet cozy. The tables are arranged with enough distance between them that your conversation feels private. The hostess and servers were quite helpful and attentive. My classic gin martini was so delicious I ordered another. The restaurant is relatively small so reservations are essential. My husband and I ran into an unexpected delay up in Fort Collins and were going to be a little late. We called the restaurant to alert them and they were as gracious as can be. Our friend was comfortably seated with a glass of bubbles and some warm bread while waiting. Thank you Martinis for a wonderful experience.

   To whom it concerns: Two weeks ago, a flyer below landed in my inbox. I responded immediately to the 4/24 Prime Rib dinner promotion, on 4/10, and reserved a 7 p.m. seating. My husband were really looking forward to it. I was reminded multiple times about our reservation by email, although oddly, the digital flier says "We'll call you on the 21st to confirm," but I never got that call. I responded to the email reminders confirming that we were still planning to be there on the 24th. We arrived early, about 6:40. About 10 minutes after being sat, and having just ordered wine and mussels as an appetizer, your hostess mistakenly came to us with 2 Prime Rib plates. We declined, having only just sat down and not having gotten our appetizer yet. She then spun around and delivered them to another table. The correct one, I presume. We should have taken them while we had the chance. By 7:10, having finished the mussels appetizer, we were informed by our waiter there was no more Prime Rib. It was not even 7:30 on Prime Rib night. While our waiter handled the situation with grace and aplomb, this seems like a seriously amateur mistake. He was embarrassed and we were annoyed, having chosen Martini's precisely because of the promotion. We decided to leave rather than choose something else from the menu. We'd come for the Prime Rib. Please remove me from your mailing list. I don't need alerts to promotions like these. It's too bad; we expect more from established fine dining in Longmont. Dana Gonzalez SW Longmont

   It is always a special treat to eat at Martini's Bistro. The owner, Sarah, came by and spent time with us and the service was amazing. The food was delicious and they even created a special entre for my super picky kiddo. Oh, and the martinis are always on par - my favorite is Dusk!

   We had a wonderful afternoon meal that was very delicious! The service was absolutely primo! The setting was beautiful. So highly recommend this gem of a restaurant!

    Martini's Bistro is a special place. The ambiance is amazing and so special. The food is amazing. The service is spectacular. The owner/chef even came to our table to visit. You feel pampered eating here. Please check it out!
