    Gorgeous setting in the upstairs dining room, staff was welcoming and attentive, service was impeccable, and food was thoughtfully prepared and flavorful, although everything was very rich. Steaks were excellent. This is not a place for counting calories or paying attention to your cholesterol. Or for watching your pennies. My only reservation about recommending it is that (on a Wednesday at 6pm) the music was extremely loud and jarring, making it sound more like a club than a fine dining restaurant. This really dampened my enjoyment of the dining experience. I noticed that the tables downstairs in the bar were a bit quieter, so that’s where I would book on a second visit.

    Fantastic food and service as always! We especially love the “I Don’t Give A F” tasting menu because it’s a great value for such an incredible amount of food. This way we always get to try and love things we may not have ordered otherwise. Our favorites were the seafood tower, tuna tartare, meatballs, agnolotti, strip steak with beefed up butter, lobster mac and cheese and the chocolate cake. We’ll be back!

    We are vegetarian and they had some options but the waitress we had suggested and helped us pick. Kelsey even suggested an amazing vegetarian dish not on the menu it was amazing ! Lions mans Milanese . We had such an AMAZING time ! Kelsey was great! Loved the ambiance The music and everything! New fave spot! Definitely going back regularly now on !!!!

    The service was impeccable. It was so nice that everyone was aware of our anniversary. Food is a little pricey, but certainly expected. The free cocktails were a nice touch. The mushrooms were, by far, the best I have ever had. The bone-in ribeye was very large and done perfectly. The ice cream tower sundae was wonderful.

    I’m not a drinker. However, the drink that they gave us when we sat down at the table was tasty. It was a muse mule or something like that… a pomegranate martini… please remember I’m not a drinker so I might have botched the name. My bone-in filet mignon was cooked to perfection! I didn’t care for the asparagus only because they added mint to it and I didn’t like the garlic and mint combination. If I could have it without the mint it will probably be really good. The waiter John David was awesome as well! I would definitely go back.

    This is by far the best steak I have ever had, and that is saying a lot. The flavor is like no other!! I started with this review with the star of the show! I cant say enough about the rest of my experience. The service was over the top! The menu is innovative and creative! All of the food was amazing, we had the seafood tower, salads, and sides. Do not hesitate to visit Maple and Ash for your dining experience!

    Their happy hour special advertised on social media was very misleading. Upon arrival we were told that the happy hour was only applicable on their second floor. However, the second floor only opened its doors at 5p. When finally seated at our table at 5p, when we asked about the hour special, we were again told it was only applicable at the bar. We ended up just ordering off their regalar menu, which is what they were pushing for. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

    We ordered the 22 ounce ribeye, the fries and the mushrooms. The mushrooms were incredibly tasty and the fries were the best I’ve ever had, because they had an extra crispness. The ribeye steak had a great spice crust, and it was all very enjoyable.

    The Wagyu carpaccio and the wedge salad were terrific. The carpaccio was one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. Unfortunately, the mushrooms were almost too salty to eat, and the medium rare ribeye we ordered was presented to us a little past medium. Probably should have sent the steak back as it was not worth the $99 we were charged. I would go back just to get the Wagyu Carpaccio though.

    What should have felt luscious and inviting, quickly turned pretentious and outdated. Everything started off since the odd text message you get that already implies that you’re gonna be underdressed no matter what. I understand wanting to keep a certain dress code but there are certainly better ways to ensure this. Further, I am sure when you make a reservation—which you totally have to cuz it’s usually full—you know in advance the kind of place you are going to dine in. Then, when you get to the restaurant, the hostess lets you in, but not before looking at you from top to bottom as if you don’t belong there. Mind you, we were better dressed than half of the finance bros who were dining there. The food was good but the server was just rushing service as if they had a packed house on a Sunday evening, questioning every time we would reject alcohol and stick to sparkling water, as if we couldn’t afford it—my mom, with whom I was, doesn’t really drink. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend the restaurant for the price tag. You don’t go to a place like this for the food, you go for the experience, which was very lackluster and tarnished by the mediocre attention. One would think service would come first but it’s apparently last when a restaurant has made its name, one they do not seem interested in keeping. I really wanted to close my mom’s vacation in the best way, but she said she felt out of place the entire time, and this is coming from a woman who has spent her life traveling and dining all over the world. I would much rather eat a great meal at a restaurant that doesn’t look down on their customers. Disappointed but somehow not surprised.

    It was our anniversary which I’m pretty sure I put in the notes. If I didn’t, we mentioned to the waiter twice that we were celebrating with no acknowledgement. That was disappointing given that it was a celebratory dinner. Other than that, food and drinks were great.

    Very unfortunate event occurred, my party was denied entry for "inappropriate footwear"! I have frequented the restaurant on numerous occasions and have seen far more questionable attire allowed (gym shoes, active wear, Addias & Nike slide sandals). Although the manager did extend an offer to eat outside, which was unacceptable for me. Absolutely annoyed by the inconsistency and bias!
