Manoli's Pizza Company
My father, Manoli Placourakis, was born in 1925 and raised on the largest of all the Greek Islands, Crete...where the weather and water are beautiful year-round, where seafood, vegetables, and fruit are plentiful and where the bread, cheese and wine are all handcrafted, the old fashioned way. Rhonda and I are raising our son, named after my father and born on Maui in 2004, on a beautiful island with similar qualities to my father's birthplace. This leads us to Manoli's Pizza Company. Our fare here at Manoli's is centered on fresh, organic, and sustainable products whenever possible in crafting all of our pizzas, salads, and even when choosing the wines on our list. Manoli's is where healthful, flavorful foods and beverages come together in a place where friends and family meet.
As 'big Manoli' used to say,
"Treat your friends like family and your family like friends".

Jessie was amazing! Our reservation time could not be honored, however he did everything to make it right!
Best gluten-free pizza crust I’ve ever had. The Shrimp Pesto pizza was delicious. Service was excellent. We would definitely dine here again!
Fantastic food and service!
Fantastic experience. Excellent host and hostess, and wait staff was very attentive. Delicious food. Nice space and views. Much better than Monkey Pod across the street.
Best drink I’ve had - Lychee Sangria. Yum! The ambiance here is nice. Open air, dining room bistro lights, calming views of the gold course, Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack playing (which was fun). Food was surprisingly delicious. We had the garlic bread, Hawaiian honey wheat pizza, spaghetti, and cookie pizza. All were exceptional.
Everything was great with the exception of the table they set us on. The reservation was for 5 and they gave us a table for 4. We had to take it otherwise would have had to wait for another half hour to be seated.
The hostess working the night we went was terrible!!! She had no idea how to manage reservations and seated people before us that didn’t have reservations and made us, with reservations wait a half-hour for our table! We would have waited longer but I continued to push to be seated when multiple tables opened and neither she nor the manager made an effort to clean them. They absolutely prioritized to go orders over people that were waiting in person. The hostess admitted she had nearly 100 reservations and requests for reservations for the night so she just sat whoever was there first. RIDICULOUS
The reason they got two stars was that our waitress was very friendly. She had to apologize multiple times for the kitchen being slow, as we had to ask 35 minutes after we ordered for our salad! The food was good, but not when it arrives 90 minutes after the reservation!
Quick late night bite, coconut shrimp app, salad and a cheese pizza (during lent on a Friday, limited our choices).
App: 5/5, salad good portion 4/5, pizza 3/5 but I’d bet the pizza with other toppings would fall in the four or five categories.
Our waitress was the star of the show personable but not over the top, attentive and welcoming.
Thank you for a nice meal in a cute setting with a great crew.
In my opinion, the food quality does not meet the price point. For example, the $20 fish sandwich came on a wonder bread hamburger bun that you could find at any gas station bread rack. You are definitely paying a premium for the ambiance and location. The drinks were good and appropriately priced.
My 9 year old said it’s the best gluten-free pizza he’s ever had. Meal was delicious all around!
We are so pleased to hear your 9 year old enjoyed the gluten-free pizza! We look forward to serving you again soon. Thank you!
Great experience. Pizzas were delicious. Service was wonderful.
We’ll be back!
Thank you for visiting and sharing your review! We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Nice spot. But golf carts noise. Felt like a country club restaurant. Not what I thought when I booked it.
The price of the food was good, but the food was just okay. The service was nothing spectacular.
Food was marginal at best. Nice setting and great service, but for a pizza place it is overpriced and not great food. Can probably do better in the same area for better food and nice ambience. Would not return for the food.
Nice place for pizza and salads. Can be very cold here in the evening if windy. Bring jackets.
We ate here while on vacation and had the Hawaiian a honey pizza. It was delicious! We loved the cracker thin crust. The sauce was really go. Would have just loved a little more spice or flavor. Great views of golf course and mountain side. Easy, casual spot for some good pizza!
Thank you for your review and feedback! We hope to serve you again soon.
We waited an hour for our burnt on the bottom pizza to arrive. It was 3/4 the size of the pizza it was sold as. The waitperson upon bringing the pizza to the table said they had “an oopsy in the kitchen” but offered no other explanation or compensation. I will never go back and would never, ever recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We had a gyro and chicken scallopini, both were good. Service was kind of slow, for as few people that were dining. Also, not their fault... they are right over the cart garage for the golf course. Someone was smoking down there most of the time we were there. Kind of spoiled it for us.
Fantastic experience ! Jeff was an outstanding server and took special care of us. We were with our kids and we sat at two tables as there is a 5 person limit at each table due to Covid restrictions. Jessica also was amazing! They helped create a special night for us. Food was delicious and drinks were perfect. Will definitely return!
To Maui twice a year 1st time at Manoli
Will definitely return!
Thank you for your review! We are so glad you had a great experience dining with us and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
We sat in the bar area next to the railing. The sun set view was fabulous. The thin crust pizza is very good.
Thank you for your review! We are happy you enjoyed your visit and we hope to serve you again soon.
Fabulous food, view and service!
Had pizza. Love the thin crust. Wife loved her Mai Tai. Good food.
Happy Hour menu has been dramatically reduced but still has some of the best choices available. Also a generous 15% kamaaina (locals) discount. Still has some very good wines by the glass and my no-alcohol beer-Heineken Zero which is hard to find at many of the restaurants on island. Located off golf course and is open air with roof covering.
Food was pretty bland, other than the bolognese which had good flavor. Pizza, wings, and gyro were mediocre at best.
Service is outstanding, beer is cold, and open air setup is tremendous, but the food is average at best. The pizza is shockingly bland. Disappointed.
Best MaiTai in town and the views are very nice. They are strict about their 90 minute COVID seating so don't plan on staying longer.
Our server, Jeff, was an amazing server. One of the best!
Excellent pizza crust. Flakey and good flavor.
A little pricy but worth the beautiful atmosphere and view & excellent gluten free pizza!
wonderful pizza, friendly server, confirmation by text message helpful, great setting
Pizza arrived - $30 + added 3 veggies to meat pizza- no cheese and extremely dry. One slice of mushroom and green pepper and maui onion per slice. Waitress brought packaged parmesan when I mentioned there was minimal cheese. When I handed it back she brought a small container of fresh grated parmesan. Honestly- the worst pizza I have ever had. The next table experienced the same thing.
We had a great dinner here and our server went above and beyond to help us.
Was a little loud but not sure what you could do to control it. People just talk loud when they are with others. Especially when alcohol is involved.
We found this place a year ago and love it! We’ve been 3 times already this trip. It’s our go to for a quick and easy pizza. The crust is perfect if you like thin and crispy. Super reasonable pricing with an open outdoor feel with a good view.
The views are nice and it is wide open so very Covid safe. Protocols seem to be in place and working. We had shrimp scampi, pizza and Mai Tai's all were very good.
Been twice since we got here, ordered cheese pizza first night and cheese and pepperoni the second time. Also Caesar salad, pizza was great, we love a thin crispy crust, salad would have been better if it hadn’t been warm, I like a cold salad. Everyone is friendly here.
Service was great but menu was small due to covid. However, if a restaurant claims to be Italian, they need to have more than just pizza and spaghetti! There were no lasagna, ravioli or anything of that sort, just spaghetti so it was a little disappointing but like I said, the service was great
Best pizza in Wailea
